"Today the world was shocked by footage showing the murder of innocent Frozopians at the hands of Red Tidean forces. A women was shot dead when
she attempted to protect her son from these ruthless soldiers who have been labelled recently as "The new Secret Police" by the media. This footage maybe disturbing and we warn you now you may want to look away:


Some Red Tidean soldiers pointed their guns at a young boy, their faces cold and uncaring:
"You are under arrest for resistance against the Red Tidean Goverment and being a willing accomplice of a criminal. This man," He said, motioning to the Agent holding the gun at the boy, "will escort you back to the vans. Come quietly, and there will be no trouble."

Suddenly a woman walked out of a house, when she see's the men. She screams, running in the direction of the boy when suddenly there is the sound of gun fire. The woman dropped dying to the floor. This time it was her son screaming "Mommy!" and running to her crying. Then the camera cut out.

"Perhaps unsurprisingly this has triggered a wave of resistance against the allied forces, with Frozopian workers striking across the country and many taking up arms. Expect plenty of blood shed over the next few weeks. The allied forces are yet to respond to our requests for answers over the incident, and should soon be expecting charges over war crimes. Remember that murder was done in the name of the "Red Tidean Goverment".

While the United Empire is currently at war with Topal, we do not rescind our opportunity to condemn the viscious and soulless acts of Red Tidean forces.

A woman calling for her son is hardly an opportunity for a soldier to immediately respond by shooting a firearm at her. That is poor training at best.

While we condemn this act, we shall not let anyone revive the murderous regime of Frozopia. This is an isolated incident and has only happened in the Red Tidean sector, the Leafanistani sector is perfectly alright. If anything, we all need to relax and allow us, the Frozopian Occupational Nations to sort this matter out internally. We support the Mondoth intiative of helping to equip Red Tidean forces for non-lethal arrests. We also encourage Red Tide authorites to train local police forces and only use military forces in more serious situations.

That said, anyone who encourages the rise of violence within Frozopia, if they even cross into territorial waters with such intentions, it is considered a violation of Leafanistani Territory and will result in the proper reaction.

Valoski Army/Naval Base, Frozopia...

The packages from Mondoth were regarded with suspicion, given that the Red Tidean Military Bases rarely recieve mail. The packages were thoroughly searched and scanned for explosives and such. Then they were sent to a Colonel as per doctrine for unexpected mail.

The Colonel opened them up to discover the tasers and other non-lethal devices, including the handbook and letter. After reading the letter, the Colonel shrugged, and went to the bases commanding officer(who was a Lieutenant General). The Lt General laughed his head off about it and promptly threw the contents away, as Red Tidean Military-Enforced Law Doctrine encouraged arrest and/or lethal force to bring down suspects.

About the boy, I would have shot him for grieving over a criminal. Well she was. She tried to protect an arrestee. She deserved it. I'm heartless. Sue me.

The café bustled with activity about Wes and Frederick, it was the very center of a massive metropolitan city. A small sleek device sat in Wes’s hands, a smooth LCD screen at its top. On it news headlines and government statements from around the world were displayed. Frederick did not appear happy, and Wes was beginning to frown as well. A small waiter approached their table with a large cup of tea, placing it beside Frederick. The steam rose in rotating patterns, hypnotizing to say the least.

Wes looked up after a few minutes, “So why are you so concerned with this Red Tide place?”

Frederick’s face reverted from displeased to night unreadable, his voice coming out bored and monotone, “I have certain reasons, you see I have never been a great... fan of Red Tide, they are bad for business, and this news has made my day.”

Wes responded, “It would seem, though, that they are about to be... well destroyed.”

Wes nodded, Frederick had a thing for power, he wanted influence that spanned the globe, and as far as Wes understood, he did. “So how should I go about this?” questioned Wes.
