In what promises to become a common event, High Mediator Eric has announced that the Moanthan government is holding a huge festival in Moal, the nation's largest city and capital. Bright colors adorn the city, booths selling crafts and refreshments line the streets, spirits are at an all time high and inhibitions are at an all time low.

The beginning of the festival shows no promise of attracting visitors from other countries. The Moanthans however, are not discouraged. Loving a good party as they do, the festival continues without any foreign involvement so far.
