The Lords of War

The message was recorded digitally on a CD and delivered to most of the News Agencies that had bearu's within the Federated Klatchian Coast. It was a recording from the Hermit Nation known as the Lords of War. The most isolated Klatchian State, and one in which rumor and induendo was all that was known.
The video was of a tall man, dressed in black with an odd glyph in gold over his heart. He had brown hair, and unhumanly deep blue eyes that seemed to have an inner glow.
At the bottom was a small line that read:
William I, Overlord of The Interplantary Confederacy
"Good Day, the Interplantary Confederacy of the Lords of War has decided to inform the world of recent developments that may affect them. Approximatly fourty-five minutes ago, the Interplantary Confenderacy was asked to create a Protectorate over territory under the juristiction of the Klatchian Privy Council. This act is by emergency defensive order, and will of course be reviewed by the Klatchian Parliament upon its next assembly.
For those nations of the world who do not recoginize the existance of the Klatchian Federation, as far as you are concerned, all unorginized land within the Klatch, and the former lands of New Shiron, and Calarca are now under the Protectorate of the Lords of War. We will consider any attempts to invade and seize this land as an act of War, and will respond, with our allies accordingly. You have been warned Terrans, we of L.O.W. and the rest of the Klatchian States do not take kindly to outside interference.
I Thank the governments, and people of Earth for listening to this formal decleration by the Interplanetary Confederacy. Any contact or comments should be directed to our Delegation in Port Olympus, Capital of the Federated Klatchian Coast.
