A new Earth-type forum, set just before World War One.
Moderate amounts of Alt-Hist are allowed, but the regulations are generaly strict enough to satisfy history buffs, no major events can be changed and so the world is basically the same as it was in the RL history of the period.
Right now we welcome all those who are willing to play, and those that wish to play as colonies or protectorates are welcome as well.
