Mockery of physics? An understatement. It was globe the size of a planet, with the mass of a star. Mind you, it could only be loosely considered a globe. It was more a sentient maelstrom of many, many little globes. The difference between these being one is hard to land a ship on, and the other wants to eat your soul. Still, for a hateful ball of death, it was being pretty well behaved.

*****

If demonic planet could smile, then indeed, Ven Ker'seahn did smile. He had made himself a daughter. She had potential, but right now, she needed to be kept safe... and contained. He'd made her a playpen of sorts; a particle shield in the shape of a cube, surrounding her and a star system to play with.

*****

She was starting to test herself... to see what she could do. She slowly taught herself to move. And yet, no matter what she did, she couldn't stay still. Even as her mass stayed still, every single part of her was moving. It annoyed her. It angered her. It INFURIATED her. In anger, she lashed out at the particle field. It crackled violently, shooting sparks of plasma into the air... and shut down.

-------

Distress beacons activated, sending calls for help all across the galaxy.

OOC: Just a note for all people who aren't used to my nation, I represent myself through two opposing forces - Tarenteor JJR, and Ven Ker'seahn JJR. This will be the first and ONLY post in this thread from Ven Ker'seahn JJR.

*TAG* for possible involvement.

Please TG me how you would want me to participate, I'll see what I can do.

Tarenteor glared at a spot on his desk for a few minutes. After he had properly beating it in a staring match, he began to poke it. This angered the desk, but it decided it had best stay quiet. Luckily for the desk, a distraction came soon enough in the form of the intercom clicking on.

"Ummm... sir... Ven Ker'seahn is sending out a distress signal. To the universe at large..."

Taren's head snapped up.

"Woah, really? Sweet. Uh... send out some ships so we can see what went wrong, and kick him while he's down, or something like that."

The intercom beeped off again.

Tarenteor certainly wasn't bothered by the news. He hadn't heard much from Ven Ker'seahn, but he certainly wasn't optimistic enough to think a genocidal planet would somehow go missing. Rather, it was exciting. If Ven Ker'seahn was in need of help, maybe a deal could be bartered. And maybe, just maybe, Ven Ker'seahn might care to... rejoin society.

*********

The call for help continued to loop for a few minutes. It gradually grew more intense - the message repeated faster and faster, and the computerized voice seemed all the more worried, all the more concerned. And then... the signal stopped. That might explain why the computer sounded so anxious.

Facinating, thought the Sand Princess, looking at the report, This Ven'kerseahn or whatever it is seems to be a very powerfull being. She smiled, A very powerfull being in distress. A very powerfull potential ally. Anything that can shoot out giant wads of planet-comsuming plasma can certainly help us with the Myztarites.

She turned her head to the page who had sent the report: a young Sandeyan boy, probably by the looks of him, of the Tacarr Clan. "Send a message to Force-Master Agoth," she told him, "He is to take Ikanhulta's Prophet to the Ven'kerseahn System, and try to aid whatever demonic planet-thingy he can find there."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
As the Ikanhulta's Prophet pulled out of Hyperspace, Agoth was simply overwhelmed. He did not know what that...that thing in front of the ship was,(well, actually several hundred kilometers away from the ship) but he knew this: it was of the Dark Side. The thing was a great orb of malice and anger. Still, Agoth had sworn himself to serve "his people and his monarch", and he was not about to just quit because of discomfort.

He opened a comm channel.

"Ven'kersheahn, he said, "This is Master Agoth of the Sandeyan flagship, the Ikanhulta's Prophet. Did you emmit a distress signal?"

Hobbeebian Deep space sensory station outpost number 12-o- Alpha......

Techs ran around with reckless abandon as they reading came. The being that they discovered was imilar to the one that the biomech markings for told of called Laviatian. bio-mech marking told of a being with the power to destroy entire galaxies with it power anf planets at its whim. Many hobbeebian Scientist believed he had now arrived. The Hobbeebian Command was notified......

OOC: GZ, you're allied with Venny, the one looking for help. So, if you go to help, you're in deep shit when Taren gets there.
IC - In Ven Ker'seahn space:

These things in front of her... they were foreign. They talked to her like her father did - with waves. She responded in a cool, feminine voice,

"Distress signal? No... my father did. And then he dissapeared. He seemed angry at me when I broke his playpen. He said I couldn't do that, so I threw something at him. That's when he went away. Why?"

Idly, she stretched out her field of gravity, wrapping it around one of the planets behind her and splitting the planet in two. Core liquids splayed out into space like paint upon a canvas.

Agoth gaped at the distant particles that had once been a planet. This was not what he was expecting; this was, just well, wierd.

Well," responded Agoth, trying to keep his cool, "That depends, perhaps, on what you threw at him."

ID: Goddamit, I was having fun! There's this cult on ORS-5312, they're great fun to mess with. They now think their god is a giant rabbit.

EGO: You really need to find a better hobby...

ID: True, but its not like I have much to work with. Anyway, lets get to the point, whatcha call us for?

EGO: Ven Ker'Seahn.

SUPER: That giant orb of death? The one you two demanded we ally with? How lovely. What has he done now?

EGO: He seems to have gotten in some amount of trouble.

ID: WHAT?! How does a sentient demonic planet of death get into trouble?!

SUPER: He does have a point, Ego...

EGO: Unknown. A message was recieved by our Ansible Sattelite in his orbit, and it detected some anomalies. Uploading relevant information.

--DATA RECEIVED

SUPER: My my.... What was that exceedingly large explosion?

ID: I don't know, but I liked it. Play it again, play it again!

EGO: The cause is difficult to determine, but from what we can piece together it was caused by the massive failure of a particle field. Most likely caused by a large planet-sized mass within it.

ID: Ven Ker'Seahn? But why would he-

EGO: No, NOT Ven Ker'Seahn. Another large planet-sized mass.

SUPER: Ye GODS, there's two of them now?!

EGO: It would seem so. Reccommendations?

ID: Send a war fleet, see what's going on.

SUPER: I concur with Id. While I generally deplore violence, another Ven Ker'Seahn would be too dangerous to let slide.

EGO: Then we are all in agreement. I have taken the liberty of contacting Admiral Simmons. As the first contact with Ker'Seahn, he is most suited to dealing with another being of this nature. He shall lead a fleet to make contact with the being. This meeting is thus adjourned. QUETZAL, --end conversation.--

With an utter lack of fanfare, a small fleet of Otagian vessels dropped out of the Mobius Continuum. At the helm of the Typhon dreadnought was Admiral Simmons, the current node of QUETZAL synchronization. He watched the Black pass in slow motion, his senses hyper alert, amplified by his vessels sensors. Bringing his EM comms online, he broadcast a message to the sentient planetoid in system.

"Unidentified sentience, this is Admiral Simmons of the Otagian Navy. We received a distress signal from Ven Ker'Seahn, and have come to investigate. We do not wish violence, merely to know who and what you are."

She seemed unbothered by the statement, extending tendrils and snatching up a planet before perforating it with millions of metallic spheres.

"You aren't very interesting. you should work on that."

"Uh, okay..." Agoth hesitated, "...YO, DAWGS! YOU IS ALL, LIKE, SENDING DISTRESS SIGNALS TO US, YO? WHY DON'T YA JUST GO ON CRYIN' TO YO DADDY, HUH? AND, JUST SO YA KNOW, I BE SENSIN' THIS, LIKE DARK-SIDE AURA FROM YOU, DAWG! Is that better?"
