Rules
If you chose a Mini Gun or Rocket Launcher for a weapon, you can only take a pistol as another weapon

If you choose a Smart Gun, Sniper Rifle, or Grenade Launcher, you can only chose one of the next weapons to be listed.

If you choose a Pulse Rifle, Flamethrower, or shotgun, you can choose one of the weapons already listed or another one of these weapons and a pistol.

Only one piece of equipment per person.

Setting- On the planet of CF-385, A small group of colonists mysteriously disappear. A group of Marines are sent to investigate, and fing the colony built over an Alien Hive. The Marines try to destroy the Hive, but they don't realize that the Hive is part of something much larger...

Brief History- The leader of the squad choosen to investigate the disappearance, Steiner is a Marine who loves his life. He cares about his men, but he is ruthless in combat. He is the sole survivor of a massacre ten years earlier.

Brief History- Joined the Marines with his friends. They were all killed and he was the only one left. He was sent to a space station. During a battle on the station he was the only one left alive in his squad. The squad he was in landed and was attacked by something not of this world his says. So they put him in Lt. Steiner's squad and this is his first mission with his new squad. Drake is very brash and a rookie of the squad.

Equipment- Welding Torch

OOC: The person with the Smart Gun should only have the pistol as the other gun.

Brief History: Originally a Marine in the TCM (Tocrowkian Colonial Marines), he was transferred to the USCM as part of a small exchange program between the two powers. Ironically, he hates Americans.

Let me just say the idea of serving under a "Lt. Steiner" is amusing, myself being a Steiner. And Canadastein, everyone gets a knife.

Brief History- Carter accidentally killed "a few people" in a barfight some years ago, and was given a choice of prison or life as a Colonial Marine. Despite his violent past, he's a likeable guy who makes friends and keeps them. He's put his life on the line for his fellow jarheads before, and he'd do it again in a heartbeat. He's brighter than he looks.

Brief History- this man, who most whould think by his military reckord to be a weakling, had faced aleins before, even if they scarred him for life, both m,entally and phisicly, he escaped only by Flying away whe they landed, he carries a Scar across his left eye, even then only because he is very heavy, but that weight is all muscle

Brief History: An Android, Sheffield is a class three synthetic. He is classed as a field medic, and for this reason, he has no Asimov Laws. He can kill, but prefers to save life. He's assigned to this mission due to his outstanding skills and ability to interface with most computer systems. His motor skills and lack of emotional output make him an excellent addition to the team, providing maddening calm even in an intense battle.
The Turing Test has confirmed he is 120% Stable.

Weapons: Pulse Rifle and pistol, Field medical scalpel and various other devices in his kit.

Equipment: Fullsized Medical Kit, Motion Sensor, Internal Modem and Library System.

Notes: He is not a battlemech, and his motor skills are refined, not augmented, he is as strong as a human, and no more. He has no protective armour layer, and whilst he feels no pain, he doesn't like to be carved up much more than a human would.

If no one else is willing to take a "heavy weapon" by the time we start the RP, I'll take one. I'd prefer a smart gun or grenade launcher instead of a rocket launcher or minigun though; they seem to make more tactical sense in this situation.
