A group of men watched as the large wheeled crane slowly drove away and made it's way out of the street. At the location the crane had been standing, a group of Villa's had arose, with a total space of 1000m2 a building. They were each surrounded by a luxurious garden of about 4000 m2, enough to ensure privacy in Luxembourg. They had now been left empty, with all luxuries installed. Sat TV, Advanced communication equipment, safety equipment such as an alarm, and several garages. A pool was available too.
Now, the time came to get embassies in them. The men got in their cars again, and drove back to the Ministry of Foreign cases.

We, as the Grand Duchy of Van Luxemburg, have recently completed several Villa's, 1000m2 big, to serve as Embassies for Foreign nations. We therefore invite nations to reply to this message, and announce their intentions to make one of these beautiful buildings theirs. We will have to give you a few pointers:

-Please state the name of your ambassador.

-Please state if a Military Attaché is to be sent with the diplomatical mission

-Please state the number of cars. We're very strict in this, and we'll forbid any armed vehicle. There's no maximum on the number of cars, as long as your diplomatic service will arrange parking space for them.

-We won't accept any armed guards to go with the diplomatic mission. Ceremonial Guards are allowed, when armed with a light sidearm, and ceremonial weapons such as a sword or halberd. The guarding of your embassy is the responsibility of the Van Luxemburgian Police and Military.

-There's no limit to Helicopters and Aircraft, only, they may not be armed, and as long as the space is found by your diplomatic service. this is the same for Yachts. There's no space to park an aircraft or Yacht at the embassy, and alternative space will be Luxembourg-Findel Intl. or the Luxembourg Yachting club at the Moselle.

You'll be stationed at the Rue Diplomatique outside of Luxembourg, in a calm area of the city, counting 600,000 people.

The establishing of a Consulate or Consulate-General is also possible. Please state the city you want it in, and we'll reserve a nice plot for your service to build on. The chance to be nominated for the yearly Van Luxemburgian Building design price could happen, if the design is very nice. This is however not sure.

As part of the policy effort to expand Russkyan diplomatic contacts abroad, the People's Socialist Republic is grateful for this chance to establish an embassy in the superlative grounds provided by Van Luxemburg.
