Confederation of Independant Nations

The Confederation of Independant Nations is a Military and Trade Alliance. The CIN will help any Member in trobble and help members in case of War, Famine or Trade Trobble.
CIN official constitution:
Article I:
The name of this organization shall be the CONFEDERATION OF INDEPENDANT NATIONS or CIN as it shall be referred to from here.
Article II:
The purpose of the CIN is to provide military and economic peace between member nations.
Article III:
All nations shall keep charge of their own militaries, and are not required to supply military men to the CIN, but may if they so wish.
Article IV:
All nations must engage in trade with one another, and have embassies in all other member nations.
Article V:
If a member declares war on another member without just reason, the aggressive member shall lose their membership in the CIN.
*A) Just reason for war between members is defined as: naval blockade, invasion of territory, terrorist/assassination attacks, espionage.
*B) All other reasons for war between members are not valid.
Article VI:
Before going to war against a non-member nation, the members of the CIN must be provided with just cause. This is provided under Article V, Section A. After just cause is provided, the member nations must vote on whether to go to war against said nation or not. The required vote shall be a majority.
Article VII:
Before declaring peace or cease fire with a nation the CIN is at war with, the member nations must be shown that the enemy nation is not a threat anymore. After that is proven, the member nations must give a majority vote, if the vote passes for peace or cease fire, the decision is declared to all member nations, and the enemy nation for whom the decision was voted.
Article VIII:
Nations are free to join the CIN at their pleasure. Nations who leave the CIN will not be considered hostile, but shall part on neutral terms.
Article IX:
These articles may only be changed by a 3/4 majority vote of the member nations.
