The first one is for use in sites where the flag needs to be big (i.e. NSWiki), whereas the second one stays within the rules for NS flags. :)

Thank you to everyone who kindly spent their time to make me a flag. If you all want to know which flag I picked it was..... Layarteb's. He/she contacted me in TG before I saw this thread. Again thanks to everyone they were all excellent flags.
