In response to Urceas recent democratic revoloution, the Papacy and its United States had moved aganist Urcea. Its united armies had crushed the Democracy's army, due to its massive de-mobilization of the former great imperial army. The Papal forces then un-exiled the Holy Roman Emperor and put him in power. Soon after, the entire part of Urcea split into many different parts and government types. Communist Dictatorships. Monarchies. Republics. Democracies. You name it. The Holy Roman Emperor used his reserved combined with a battle-hardened Papal unit, and are starting to move aganist the Nations of Democracy.
