So this RP is pretty straight forward(well maybe not) there is the first set of alliances (team one) (http://assets.jolt.co.uk/forums/images/smilies/mp5.gif) and the second set of alliances(team two) (http://assets.jolt.co.uk/forums/images/smilies/sniper.gif)
Here are the starting units and troops for a nation
1,000,000 infantry
200,000 anti vehicle troops
500,000 tactical snipers
100,000 hydra fighter jets
90,000 rhino tanks
200,000 jeeps
100 commanders

stats:
infantry- atk:1 hp:1 chance to be hit 80% chance to hit 40%
tactical sniper- atk: 10 hp:1 chance to be hit 50% chance to hit 95%
rhino tank- atk:100 hp:250 Chance to hit 80% chance to hit 40% (splash)
Anti vehicle trooper- atk:100 hp:1 chance to be hit 60% chance to hit 80%
Hydra Figter Jet- atk:100 hp:50 chance to be hit 20% chance to hit 80% **
jeep- atk:0 hp:100 chance to hit 00% chance to be hit 20%*
commander- atk: 50 hp 400 chance to hit 100% chance to be hit 10%***
nuke- atk:instantly kills everything within 200 miles
* can retreat without being hit automatically
** the source of dropping a nuclear war head
*** a commander must be in a battle or else the battle is lost by that team

how to begin and win a war
1.a player must declare what nation they are going to be before anything else happens
2.once all players are in the game there will be two "team captains" they will pick who is on what team
3.once the teams are set you will customize your army using the rules above, and will submit their millitarys to me and i will aprove, or disaprove.
4. each player will declare war with another player(I can only watch over one battle at a time) if you lose that battle the enimies now control that battle field, 100,000 men can be placed on one battle field after a victory so if you only have 6 battle fields your max units can only be 60,000
5.if one team dominates
the other team wins

how a battle works
1.choose how many units and what type you want to put on the field
2.attack, if you shoot with 20,000 infantry 8,000 bullets hit because an infantrys chance to hit is 40%, now choose what the damage goes onto ex. 8,000 hits can kill 8,000 men or 32 tanks or 16 tanks and 4,000 men.
3.turns go in this order, x as team one and z as team two, x,z,z,x,x,z,z,x,x,
and so on, if all enemy units are eliminated your faction is the victor

1. tell me what nation you are choosing
2. I will tell you its problems and unique talents
3. you must cope with the traits you have been given, if you do not you will be banned!

if your nation is crippled and dying you may want to take the war into negotiation.
How negotiation works.
if matters go into negotiation you send threads to each other and decide on what you have halted war for, if the other player agrees upon what you are saying then the negotiation halts and war begins again.
