Poleski Diplomatic Exchange

Poleski
07-01-2006, 16:55
The Democratic Republic of Poleski wishes to engage in friendly diplomatic dialogue with foreign entities to become more involved in the international community and is willing to arrange an embassy exchange with any respectable nation to facilitate a hearty bond.

Embassy facilities will be accommodated in Warschaw’s Embassy Row, along the banks of the river Vistula. A full set of advanced communications and security systems is installed in the new five-story complexes. Individual requirements such as a helicopter landing pad can be negotiated on.

Do not hesitate to propose a trade agreement, a military non-aggression treaty or a cultural exchange programme. Detailed terms can be agreed on individually.

Anyone who wishes to establish an embassy in Poleski and accepts reciprocation should contact Mr. Adrian Jurek, the Minister for Foreign Affairs.

Communiqué

To: Alexander Roska, Chancellor of Foreign Affairs, Imperial Union of The Island of Rose
From: Adrian Jurek, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Democratic Republic of Poleski

Dear Sir,

Your offer for an embassy exchange is most welcome and I ensure you that a few corks of champagne bottles have popped upon receiving this first request. Now, let’s move on on to your individual requirements. Unfortunately we find the stationing of heavy military vehicles a little exaggerated, as we will provide most security measures, so we ask you to leave your tank at home. A helicopter for transport purposes is of course acceptable.

Your offer of small arms is accepted and a continuous supply for our police forces would be greatly acknowledged.

We can engage in negotiations to establish a trade pact, including removing barrier trade tariffs and granting one another's business companies extended rights and possibilities to settle within one another’s borders.

Yours Sincerely,

Adrian Jurek

reguarding our embassy: in the interests of practicality, if it were near the baracks houseing the HI company operateing in your teritory, or even encorperated into it, it would save on aditional security and the like. even if the facilitys available are less luxurious as a result, so long as they function, this would be fine with us. however, whatever arangements you come to are fine with us. just make sure the embasy is secure.

We accept, but so you we always put a heavy vehicle incase rioting occurs and a machine gun doesn't cut it. So we expect you to take care of heavy security.

Dear Sir,

The heavy infantry company is currently deployed to a combat zone in southern Poleski, so embassy security shall be guaranteed by native forces.

When not in combat your forces will be garrisoned on a military base in the lowlands near Warschaw, while your embassy shall be on the banks of the Vistula in the centre of the capital.

This way two security units are able to protect all embassies on Embassy Row simultaneously. Future stationing of your combat forces in our nation is deemed unnecessary, as all communist elements shall soon prove annihilated. The heavy infantry company will eventually have to pull out. A joint contruction of barracks and an embassy is therefore not required.

Yours Sincerely,

Adrian Jurek

Yours Sincerely,
