No. After the virus develops inside the victim it is virtually impossible to slow and or stop all symptoms. Besides even if you did you would be left with a cripple. A fever of 108 F is enough to cause brain damage and the deterioration and the gradual destruction of the nervous system would give you a healthy vegetable :P

It takes the average, fit and healthy male around 3 hours to show the first symptoms of the Virus, while it takes the average, fit and healthy female 3 and a Half Hours to first show symptoms.

The problem with nanotech however is that there are far too many ways for it to go wrong. And you would need to program one of them to combat the certain virus. Plus, PMT nanobots are almost assuredly prone to slight changes in what they fix, seeing as how they just make more and more of themselves. It would never be cost effective. ^_+ Plus if the virus mutates then theres no way for it your nanobots to take care of it unless they know what to look for.

Now if I read right, your virus can infect and bore sign of infection in about three hours and can cuase a fever of about 117f. I have only one thing to say. Not possible theu average human will die at 109f. so a virus that made you have a fever of 117f would have killied you before the ret of the virus would have to run its full spectrum of symptoms.
