Lately, I have been reading the current Halo books. Now, in the first installment, 'The Fall of Reach', the majority of the book is based on the battles leading upto and after the fall of the planet. I was dissapointed with the shortness of the battle itself, and the lack of detail put into it. It had no Covenant views (like those in the second book - 'The Flood') and as far as I can remember nothing on the ground invasion of the planet.
So, I was curious if anyone was interested in participating in an Rp focused solely on the attack, and fall of Reach. We'd need people to Rp Covenant and Humans, and each person playing the humans to only command one SPARTAN (There could be some changes from the book concerning the actions and positions of the Chief and his team). I am also aware that the Covenant 'glassed' most of the planet except the ONI CASTLE base, so the ground action would be around that area.
If anyones interested, stick a reply in this thread. If we get enough people wanting to play a part in the Rp, I can create a new thread for it. (If theres been an Rp based around the 'Fall of Reach' before, then it doesn't hurt to have another go at it!)
