The Region of Psycho Land, infuriated by the conduct of a one Rogue Nation of Megan parker, a membernation of the Region of Rippen pipe, officially declares war on the said Rippen pipe.
The Region of Psycho Land also requests assistance from any sympathetic nations or regions who may be willing to help us.
