Our world has many troubles, it is not perfect and there is no way it can be. However i believe that through international cooperation it can be made better. I invite all the nations who have the same mindset to send representatives to Moscow there we will host an international meeting with a purpose of creation of a global organization bent on making the world a better place for our children and ourselves. Remember, having power and not using it to make the world around you better, is a waste in its most terrible form. In the past countless millions have died because those who do something did nothing. Let us learn from our own mistakes, let us change, let us not let history repeat itself any longer. This organization will initially be a defense pact, however if the nations within it cooperate then it has great potential of becoming something much more.
