No, there's a big difference. Doomingsland says "Ohh, big gun!" when I go to war, and my girlfriend says "Aww, a cute little gun!" when we do other stuff....very different, the two..... :-/

Technically it would be sexual harassment up to a certain point then attempted rape, followed by rape.

back to the point, whoever started this thread, it's wrong to just go up and ask someone if they want a war, just as it is wrong to go up and ask a girl to have sex with you. So, if you want a war, you gotta have more tact then that. Some sort of, to expand on our lovemaking metaphor, seduction. Usually a nice trade or territory dispute and some show of force on both sides will do it. Generally, though, invasion isn't the best idea, just as rape isn't the best idea; the police don't like it, be it your local police with the rape or the world police (i.e. large nations with a lot of time on their hands) in the case of war.
