The Democratic States of Becquerelia, in order to persue the President's goals of a new, open society, have decided to open our borders to the NationStates of the worlds. We invite all nations to open embassies in Becquerelia, in exchange for embassies in your nations. We hope this will create a new trade of products, safety, and ideas between Becquerelia and all other nations.

All embassys will be located withing the just completed Embassy Towers located just outside Roentgen, our capital city. The Embassy Towers are four 51-story towers, surrounding the NationStates Courtyard. The Towers will be given the highest security importance within the country. The airspace around the towers for nearly a mile will be restricted airspace, and security on the ground and in the towers will be provided by the elite Rifle Corps division of the military. Housing for those working in the embassies will be provided a short distance away.

All we ask is that your reply promptly with the following data:

-Your ambassador's name,
-Amount of military or armed guards
-Amount of staff
-Equipment you will be bringing
-Total floors you will need (No more than three, please. These are not small buildings, three would be more than satisfactory.)
-Any other requests you may have

Applications for embassies will be reviewed and should be accepted promptly. Any issues we have with your request will be dealt with promptly.

The Federation of Amazonian Beasts will accept Becquerelia's generous offer. We will be sending Ambassador Pash Kun, along with 4 advisotory aides and 3 government officials. If we could we would also like to send along 4 military guards and 1 Army Colonel (for ties to the military branches to the FedAB). We will probaly only need two floors. The only other thing we ask for is that our party be given satisfactory conditions in which to operate and negotiate in diplomatic affairs with your country.

Please make any requests on ambassadorial needs for your envoy to our nation, as it is assumed you will set up an embassy in the FedAB.

Of course, we will guarantee that all diplomats from the Federation of Amazonian Beasts will be given diplomatic immunity, wide latitude for interaction with the various branches of Becquerelia's government, and anything that you may require.

We will be setting up a embassy in the FedAB immediatly, led by Retired Lieutenant General John Eischens. We will be sending a staff of about 10 officials, plus a small military contingent to the Federation immediatly.
