An odd Situation – The Murders of Lizery Kracke and Elanor Handsfeld

Jenrakian courts are in a slight disagreement on this certain incident. Initially, anyone committing a murder that is not allowed by government is immediately placed a death sentence, to provide an example of the lengths on which the government will go to teach criminals a lesson in Jenrak. However, this certain case as now bewildered some judges, and also kept them from getting a probable answer.

The suspect, named Robert Alanne, who was notoriously nicknamed Crackblaze by others in the ring of serial murders, was found to have killed Lizery Kracke, and Elanor Handsfeld, both of whom were alleged serial killers. While that was certainly not enough for Robert Alanne to plead anything, another search soon uncovered the remains of Elexis Telleth, Ikirith Varak and most infamously Dariuse Yagella, all of them serial killers.

While murder is indeed a crime punishable by certain and painful death in Jenrak, it raises an interesting question of whether a murder is justified if it was against a murderous being itself. Courts are in wonder over this fact, and the people are split on the topic. One on side, they see him as nothing but a killer, and on the other side, he is a stronger, more extreme version of the law.

Jenrak raises this question out to the rest of the International Community – Should Robert Alanne be executed, and why?

In my own opinion, no, but if the Jenrakian government prohibits murder by law - which it is to be hoped it does - then Alanne must most certainly be punished in accordance with said law.
And if the law states he be executed, then he needs to be executed.

True, he murdered serial killers - perhaps justice may have been served to those he killed. However, he committed murder, whether it was upon murderers or not.

He should never be released into the international community.

He MUST be executed.

Jenrak's Astrkaz and Sadicistra castes agrees wholy with Little India, yet the Exxelkaarn are in disagreement. We certainly would wish to have him executed, yet there are too many people in power who do not wish to have him killed.

I speaking for the eternal powers of the Sun and Wind in CTP church find that this man has indeed committed a crime but instead should suffer a heroes death possibly being executed in some glorious way the church of CTP would have this man sacrificed but we suggest to your…impure nation that this man die though intercourse which though would sound a blessing much like the crime he committed it is a horrible death by exhaustion.

ooc: death by sex hell yeah

Ministry of Justice

The Government of Kahanistan is opposed to the death penalty in general. While we believe that the serial killers deserved a fair trial and then imprisonment, we also believe Mr. Alanne deserves a fair trial and imprisonment, though perhaps not for as long as he should had those he killed not been serial killers.

Personally, he should be executed, since if murderers are executed, he should be too. If you start to let people off on leniency, then others will be able to worm themselves out with a good lawyer as well, putting people who should have been justifyably executed into only life terms. To preserve the order of your judicial department, he should be killed.

We believe in taking the law into your own hands, and if that means murdering evil murderous bastards then good. As long as he has never murdered a innocent soul, a killing him is wrong.

This has raised a certain understatement in Jenrak. What difference would this independant be from a policemen, hired to do his job? A Murderer is an enemy of society, no matter how much he is deemed to be not, and a soldier is to fight an enemy of what is seen as the government's society. Would this man be as different from a soldier, whom kills in the hundreds when possible? Or would he simply be a murderer, and given the execution? What if more killers come up, claiming to fight off what would look like legitimate reasons, while they are not?

This is an extremely disturbing case, and is being watched carefully.

Regarding Robert Alanne
Until further notice, a trial involving Robert will commence in two days, on charge of mass murder. The convicted method of execution for mass murder is the wretchedly acclaimed 'Fall to the UnderWorld'. He will be tied to a metal stake, and he will be thrown off the cliff of Enkur into an acid pool, where he will painfully be eaten to death.

However, if he is found innocent and virtuous, then we will pend the investigation for a more broad look into his case. Should he be found innocent the second time, he will be released with government priority watch.
