Jenrakian courts are in a slight disagreement on this certain incident. Initially, anyone committing a murder that is not allowed by government is immediately placed a death sentence, to provide an example of the lengths on which the government will go to teach criminals a lesson in Jenrak. However, this certain case as now bewildered some judges, and also kept them from getting a probable answer.
The suspect, named Robert Alanne, who was notoriously nicknamed Crackblaze by others in the ring of serial murders, was found to have killed Lizery Kracke, and Elanor Handsfeld, both of whom were alleged serial killers. While that was certainly not enough for Robert Alanne to plead anything, another search soon uncovered the remains of Elexis Telleth, Ikirith Varak and most infamously Dariuse Yagella, all of them serial killers.
While murder is indeed a crime punishable by certain and painful death in Jenrak, it raises an interesting question of whether a murder is justified if it was against a murderous being itself. Courts are in wonder over this fact, and the people are split on the topic. One on side, they see him as nothing but a killer, and on the other side, he is a stronger, more extreme version of the law.
Jenrak raises this question out to the rest of the International Community – Should Robert Alanne be executed, and why?
