Good Neighbors [ATTN Non-Earth Colonists]
From: Pyotr Klotchkovsky, President of Allanea
To Leaders of California and Alaska, Derscon, Guffingford ,Hallad, Maccabees,Pacitalia, Philanchez, Praetonia, Questers, Whyatica
My dear friends!
Through some strange alteration of fractal reality, weird as it may be, we have all found ourselves neighbors. This has come as rather unexpected to us all. Still, this is reality. It is a reality that we have all found ourselves forced to deal with – as we deal with all realities.
The fact is we now neighbors. We can not really change that fact – but we must deal with it, somehow. We can deal with it rationally – and be good, civilised neighbors to each other. Or we can deal with it irratoinally, and plunge the area known as Non-Earth into war. It’s our choice.
I believe we owe it – to our people, to their children, and to their granchildren – to make the right choice.
For this purpose, I invite you all to meet with me in London – the permission of the Praetonian government has already been secured – for the purposes of negotiating joint free-trade and non-aggression treaties, both independent from each other. I believe this go a long way for establishing good neigborship.
Yours,
P. Klotchkovsky.

From: Hidalgo Tuero Vargas, Premier of Philanchez
To: Pyotr Klotchkovsky, President of Allanea
Neighbor,
I shall attend your meeting in London and am glad to see a peaceful course has been set already for Non-Earth. The nations of Non-Earth must work together to create a world that is healthy and good for their people and those of their ally.
I look forward to seeing you in London and await the meeting with eagerness.
Hidalgo Tuero Vargas, Premier of Philanchez
Metro-Philanchez, Philanchez
Hidalgo paced in his office. he had heard of many of the nations that he now found himself in Non-Earth with. Some had good reputations with Philanchez and others not so great but the truth was that Philanchez was finally stepping out onto the international political spectrum for the first time. Hidalgo was worried about how he would be seen in this meeting and how they would take a newcomer, not only to international politics but to power.
As he paced the room, worrying and thinking, his secretary, Ana, buzzed in and said "Senor, the Foreign Minister is here to see you." "Very well, send him in." replied Hidalgo. The Foreign Minister, Ivan Zanosky, was was a rather large man of Russian decent. Blonde hair, blue eyes, tal, and stocky.
"Welcome, I have been waiting for you."
"I'm sorry to be late senor but there was some urgent business in the Foreign Ministry that needed my attention."
"It's ok. We need to discuss this upcomeing meeting in London."
"Oh, yes. Well it appears we are ina new world, a reality of you will, which has gotten the name Non-Earth. the President of Allanea has requested the presence of the nations of Non-Earth in London for a meeting to foster peace and relations. I believe that we should try to foster good relations with Macabees. They are a military and diplomatic power and would be a good friend to have in this new world.I also believe that we should build up our military just in case this meeting fails and war erupts, Philanchez must be ready."
"Very well. I will take your advice into consideration."
The meeting went on for another couple minutes and then the Foreign Minister left and the Premier readied for his trip to London.

Jench Fersas was fully attired for diplomacy, and as Imperial advisor of foreing diplomacy to Fedor I, he was hand chosen by the Emperor to lead the delegation to London. He was to illustrate the position of the Empire in international trade, border stabilization and possible strategic alliances across the world for the further proliferation of Macabee interests. With this in mind, Fersas made his way to the conference building allocated by the Allanean government. He had worn the imperial white uniform of all officers of the administration, with the double headed imperial eagle broadly displayed on his left breast of the jacket, buttoned up with golden clasps. Before that, in the Audi A8 which he used to convoy his team over to the building he had specified to the other two men in the diplomatic team what he wanted to get done.
He had turned to Federik Groner and said, "Our goal is not to make enemies, but to persuade our neighbors to concede to Macabee policies. In other words, we are to attempt to gain as much as possible from this experience."
Groner nodded and asked, "But what when the world learns of our machinations?"
Fersas chuckled, "What machinations? Florida and Cuba is not a machination; it is a dream. A dream that California and Alaska will have to put up with. Fortunately, diplomacy works in tricky ways. But alas, that is not 'till later. For now, young Groner, focus on the topic at hand - this conference. The future is of no consequence for us at this point." Gronder nodded and fell silent for the rest of the car drive.
Back at the building, Fersas and his two compliments were gracefully making their way into the conference room where they greeted the other representatives with a smile, and soon sat down in preperation for it all...

The Prime Minister of Britain drove down the Royal Mall in a pristine Rolls Royce, escorted by police Land Rovers, MI5 agents in Rover 75s, Bristol Fighters, Jaguars and all manner of other British cars. Overhead, an A380 flew somewhere, escorted by a plethora of random aircraft from Panavia Tornados to Sopwith Camels. HMS Belfast, moored in the Thames, pulled up alongside the HMS Vanguard and fired off a brief salute to nothing in particular.
Pulling up outside Buckingham Palace, the Prime Minister stepped out of his car. Technically he was the Governor-General of the Praetonian colony Britannia, but the British were allowed to keep their own culture and Government, so long as dues were paid, and substantial sums were paid to maintain their defence. A good deal all round. The Prime Minister walked up the steps to the palace, the guards saluted and the conference was about to begin.

The Boeing 777 that Ministers Aziz Afnan and Abdul Al-Malakk were in flew gracefully overhead London, aiming for Heathrow Airport. They had recieved clearance prior to the London approach, as an unidentified aircraft would most likely be shot down.
It landed at Heathrow, and the Ministers and their armed escort left the plane, and boarded a helicopter headed for the meeting site in London.
They were hoping to make new military alliances, and more trade relationships, although Whyatica was already on a brilliant position for trading, as it covered most of the Persian Gulf in the nation.
The Sultan was an imperialist sort; indeed, he wanted to conquer the entire Middle-East, however, the Ministry would not allow him to do it.
He had sent the ministers with orders to give an ultimatum to any other middle-east nations, but the Ministers would not give it. The Sultan would forget about it, as he was, according to the opinions of many inside the Ministry, losing his mind.
The helicopter flew towards the meeting spot, and the Ministers had hope in their hearts for the future of their nation..
[OOC: Sorry for the shitty quality of the first post, I was lazy as hell]
The new Empire had finally consoliated itself. However, Prime Minister Draco 'Daishi' Hideyoshi was not happy at the moment, even though he troops were slowly gaining control of more of Eastern Russia'. He was rather insulted to not find himself invited to this meeting of 'neighbors'. It would do no matter however. Refineries and Industry were being built in the newly conquered territories ASAP, and through powerful propaganda, spies, and actually treating the conquered people's in a decent manner, the new Empire would be ready if this 'slight' turned into a bigger conflict.
OOC: Tag, will post later.
“They are all arriving, Mr. President. I believe we should all make our way to the conference hall.”
Klotchkovsky nodded. “Very well. It’s not a good idea if we get there first – officially, it’s the Praetonians that are hosting this. So drive slowly.”
And so, the Allaneans were on their way from Heathrow to London – a motorcade of the kind of cars a real diplomat would never use – Secret Service Ford 350 Super Duty trucks, DiploCorps H-2’s, and finally, the long, long – way too long – Presidential Hummerzine.

OOC: Tag, as hopefully I'll be there as the German Coalition as soon as its confirmed. President Xavier Martin will hopefully be attending.
The Allanean president smiled as he descended from his Hummerzine in front of the convention hall. There would still be a few moments before the opening ceremony – and he had just the idea of what to do with his time – he motioned to his aides, and they moved through the small crowd of diplomats, distributing printed pieces of paper. The content was simple.

Echo One, Presidential Flight
The lumbering form of the Boeing 767 sliced its way through the air currents over the airspace of Brittania; it was not a subtle aircraft by even a loose meaning of the phrase, and was a prime example of the Mid-European Coalition. Hardened, heavily-armed and armoured, and glaringly obvious, the plane symbolised the ideals and actions of the Coalition. Comprising of nearly half a dozen smaller countries squeezed in between Germany and Russia and the countries she influenced, the countries had formed the Coalition to defend themselves against any outward threats, whilst beginning a massive campaign of armament. They would not be attacked, and they would defend themselves against all foes; paranoia was a key emotion to those in the Coalition.
As the lumbering aircraft shuddered slightly as the landing gear deployed outwards and the airport came into view, Coalition President Xavier Martin finished the final words on a treaty he intended to present to the Russian delegation, seperate to the London Treaty itself. He was happy to sign such a treaty, but also realised that other, less vague treaties would also have to be made. Thus, the Treaty of Kaliningrad had been formulated. The small piece of land that Russia owned was between Poland, the largest country of the Coalition, and several smaller and more obscure states. As such, Martin was determined to negotiate either for the absorption of Kaliningrad into the Coalition for a generous sum, or a treaty of non-agression between the two countries seperate to the London Treaty. The situation with Liechenstein was also something that would have to be decided with Switzerland; he was happy to cede it to Switzerland, for a modest price of course.
The rough thud of the landing wheels biting into bitumen and tarmac signalled the landing of Echo Flight. Xavier stood and left the cramped office, heading for the rear of the aircraft. He was followed by several Security Personnel, as well as the usual gaggle of aides and hanger-ons. The small group climbed into the Presidents personal transport, a Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle. The ramp situated in the back of the Boeing creaked open and lowered the Bradley to the ground, where it was quickly joined by two SUVs full of guards. Together, the small convoy headed towards the meeting point.
