N-Totalvic anti-civs pluscommitted warcrimes against State and F-1. Ergo, N-Totalvic anti-civs must quickwise be neutralized. Ergo, Rifle Reg 38 deployed to N-Totalvic, await neutralize-order. For doubleplusunbig casualties bothwise, Bureaupax reqs plus good counter-anti-civ soldiers join neutralize action. Ergo, neutralize will be doubleplus-quick.

In light of atrocities perpetrated against the Republic of Czan and her Executive Officer, Father One, the rebellious people of the northern portions of the Island of Totalvic are to be brought back into compliance with the order of the Republic. As such, the 38th Rifle Regiment has been deployed to Totalvic, awaiting the command to proceed against the insurrection. In the hopes of minimizing losses on both sides of this conflicts, the Bureau of Peace requests nations with more experienced soldiers provide troops in an advisory role to our ground forces. With the training of veterans, the conflict could be terminated quickly, and Czanish soldiers would not be needlessly be wasted in lengthy counterinsurgency.

OoC: Looking for one or two nations to get my feet wet in RPing here. Not interested in acquiring equipment, so please do not post to send a laundry list of helicopters, tanks, rifles, et cetera you can send. Post an offer of support only if you are willing to follow up with an RP. Modern Tech preferable, Post Modern is acceptable... Czanish troopers practically use WWII surplus.

If North Totalvic or whatever is an actual nation, this is not a war on them... it is meant to be a civil war. Just so there's no confusion.

OOC: I'd be willing to join u in RPing...A little PMT, but not much, still tanks, ships, planes similar to current-use ones.

OoC: That seems fine. Troops in advisory role would probably not need a lot of heavy equipment, just a smattering of infantry for training Czanish divisions, and maybe some air support. Totalvic is a Pacific Island, so it's probably not too conducive to using armored vehicles.
