The following is a bulliten sent to all nations and leaders of the world by the Imperial Shogunate of Pschycotic Pschycos in an attempt to provide help and service to other nations:


The Imperial Court's Navy has been resting in drydock for ages now, and has fallen into a state of rather lackluster display. To combat this problem, the Shogunate has decided to put its Navy into a mercenary state. This will help it in two ways. 1). It will keep the training and combat readiness of all sailors at top levels and 2). It will provide additional funding to the Navy for overhauls, maintnance, and new equipment.

This naval force will be rented out for any situation, from amphibious assault support, to fleet-to-fleet combat, to stealth attacks, to even the deadly convoy escort missions. Note that all officers and the nation maintain control of the fleets, they may be recalled at any time, and requests that are deemed unjust by the shogun will not be answered.

We will keep all costs reasonable, and ensure that combat will be carried out to a stellar quality, no matter the mission or the nation being served. So please, take full advantage of this offer. Xosts vary depending on mission, log request to obtain a free estimate.

I'm trying to be serious with this. I don't appreciate people coming in wanting to take over the world. Please, if you have a serious request, lodge it. If not, please don't add cluter.

I am currently in the planning stages of assisting an ally against invasion, but I would need some sort of naval distraction to allow my carriers to land troops and supplies. I would like to know how much you would charge for such an undertaking. Of course, after our troops are landed you may form a tactical retreat at any time.

Generally, that would run at about 500 million dollars. With more intel, including defenses in the area and the oppossing force's technology, the price will go up or down. We can provide several heavy battleships and dreadnaughts for artillery, and carriers for air support.

OOC: check to make sure that my joining on your behalf is acceptable. I don't want to create trouble. My forces are also PMT (post-modern tech), but that shouldn't be a problem.

WHat would it cost to...say....OH....have your fleets attack mine in a proper war game?

A war GAME? Hmmm...the admirality did not forsee this....estimates now would be around 20-30 million, depending on the expanse and the number of ships involved. (That's mostly for supplies).

What did you have in mind?

Well, our warships have mostly been idle themselves, seeing as our brethren in the stars have had the capability of ship dominance that we hadn't need expose here. We haven't even updated our Iowa Battleships, added a Naval Ship, or anything in many decades.

So, obviously, we would require a proper exercise on Battleship, Carrier, Submarine, and Aircraft warefare.

A strike at a convoy like this, in a world war situation is a heavy task. However, it'll provide the challenge we are looking for. Due to the situation, the tab for this may run anywhere from 1 billion, to 1.5 billion dollars, depending on the supplies exhausted in the attacks, and the damage/casualties acquired.

However, that aside, this is what we are looking for, and will gladly service, no questions asked.
