President Popov Expels All Foreign Citizens

Teslian Presidential Edict 1
In accordance with the newly drafted Teslian Nationalist Doctrine all citizens of foreign birth are to be immediately removed from within Teslian borders at their own expense and/or the expense of the nations of their birth. This act to ensure the purity of the Teslian state and the Teslian citizenry and to prevent the spread of false ideas not in accordance with the new National doctrine and the further glory of the Teslian state. The removal of foreign citizenry is to be completed within a period of one month, whereupon all foreign born citizens found to be still within the borders of the Teslian state are to be declared unauthorized trespassers and forcibly removed.

Just for curiosity, why are you doing this man? It seems there are 3 Madnestan citizens in your country at the moment, but they are there only because they were drunk in the airport and went into a wrong plane- therefore I have nothing against your operation.
I'd just like to know why are you doing this stuff and how many people approx. are going to get kicked out because of this?

Well, to be honest, I was just thinking should I send couple of divisions to invade your country... Mostly because I was bored. But the last statement of yours made me think it's perhaps better to establish an embassy or something - you sound like a reasonable despot. Whaddya think?

President Popov and the Teslian National Government is still in the process of processing the diplomatic staff present in the nation since the dissolution of President Pavili's regime. Should it be desired by the homeland's of these personnel that they remain in country, we are willing to enter negotiations.

Sounds like a plan. We'll demolish an apartment block to make room for your new embassy. Just don't send more than 30 guards and we should get along nicely. We'll also supply the booze.

Wohay! I'll order those fellows who are already there to start new career as representants of their government. The one who has the strongest boozehead is to be the ambassador, and the other will for his staff. I don't think they need any guards, if you bother to appoint someone to look after them. I'll send them a Hummer though, as that's what all the other ambassadors get when I appoint them.

The Teslian Government hereby appoints Ivan Ivanov, world record holder for most misdemeanors committed under the auspices of a single legal code as the official Teslian ambassador to Madnestan. He will arrive with a token diplomatic staff, 17 United States Dollars, and a half empty fountain pen for the signing of official documents.
