I am by no means a photo image editing whiz, but I did a little image manipulation when I worked at Extremedumb (yes, it existed). I also did some flash sites, if people don't know. My flash 'skills' can be seen at The Window, which is in my signature, at:

Any sites there I've made, as well as pictures and whatnot (except for the Exar Kun background for Excult).

But I'm thinking of possible Wallpapers for nations and hardcore NS fanatics. Also Banners. I'm the only one right now, but if anybody wants to help me, sure, why not? I've got a few weeks before exams, and I can squeeze things in. Like so:

My Jenrak Wallpaper, in 800 X 600 size. My actual wallpaper is 1280 X 1024, but I don't like the idea of uploading 1MB when I have bad internet.

National Colors: Moss Green / Brown

Okay, well first I'd like to know what you guys want. I'm not good at making things without ideas.

As said, national colors are brown / moss green. We're Infantry all the way, no armored crap. Oh, and Air Traffic Control. We control the skies, biatches. Maybe you can muster something up from that.

The bird in my flag symbolizes my nation as a whole (all three stages of its existance I RP as), and my national colors are lime green, blood red, and blue. I use triangles a lot (religious stuff, the Holy Trinity) in my nation and their states' flags, so, uh, yeah.

I'd also like to you know if you want a banner or a wallpaper. Or both, but that's krazzzzzzy. If you want one, it'll take around 15-30 minutes each, assuming I know what I'm doing.

Oh wow man, that's really cool.

Can you do a questers wallpaper, like the Jenrak one but with light blue cover, a battleship in the background, as well as the union jack. If possible, a crown above the Q in Questers. 1152x864 if possible.

This is a great idea.

Something dark, like a black background with some flames and 'Automagfreek' in a wicked font. Some skulls or demons would be cool. Something like that.

Well since my nation is Democratic Socialist. I guess I could have a Soviet-esque banner with my nations colours instead of Red and Yellow. My nations colors are these

Have in the background a ship, or maybe ripples of the ocean with a fleet running. I pride myself in my fleet, although I OOCly love aircraft just as much.

My country is a maritime people and we take great pride in our Navy. You can either use a modern (read SD) or old time (read Old Ironsides) naval ship for your banner of Sarzonia if you so choose.

I'd like a wallpaper, in 1280 x 1024. My nations colors are basically any shade of blue, mostly the deeper shades. I'd like a soldier on it, with dark eyes, and with dark blue fire blazing out from the end of his gun. If possible, I'd like a ghostly capital 'C' in the backround.

My nation has strong tribal routes with a long history of blood cults (mostly Aztec) its culture is affected by Aztec, Incan and Mayan though Alaskan native culture has also played a role (octopus swords teh pwn).

If you focus on one point it should seem as if the man is in front, while if you focus on another, you should see the fighter plane...

Okay, since I did started this cause I got bored, and expected only a few people to ask, but apparently, there's more than I bargained for. Until I finish everybody's from Ravea and before, I'll be ignoring any suggestions after Ravea until after I'm done them all.

Can you use that picture instead of the Capitol police, it stays with the Black and white them, can you duplicate it to make it look there there are more in the formation, and put the Kraven symbol over the Nazi eagle on the nearest guys arm? They look like kreigsmarines, so its all good :D

Everytime I download or upload things my internet provider tracks it. It doesn't track what it is, it tracks the size. Henceforth whenever I browse on the internet, the amount of images and text I am 'downloading' is also counted. When I upload images it costs me more. When I download things it costs me more.

So when people keep adding things onto their wallpapers (which I do not enjoy doing, but I'm a nice guy - trying not to sound egotistic there), it's costing me extra.

Henceforth why I can push out banners much quicker.

Ah... well to put it bluntly, your ISP sucks. Most ISPs I know of charge either a flat fee (usually in the case of high speed) or based on the total time you are online (like dial-up). I don't think I have heard of your kind...

It's sympatico. I pay by my download and uploading. Therefore I only pay on what I surf. Since I spend most of my time researching, on nationstates, or talking to my friends, none of them take up much bandwidth, hence it at most times is extremely cheap.

But when I need something, I pay for it. So it may suck for the rest of the world, but for people who don't download much or spend their time around text alot, it's much easier and cheaper.

When you're able to, I'd really appreciate it if you could make me a wallpaper 1280 x 1024 in size, with the colors dark blue, red, and gold(ish yellow) on it, with the text "Constitutional Monarchy of Maraque", and maybe a symbol of peace? Something like that. Like an olive branch.

No hurry, it's ok if you can't or something, just asking if this is possible is all.

I'll get to it eventually. I'll restart my work in either two weeks or on tuesday, depending on how monday turns out.

Hey, those wallpapers are sweet. If you have the oppertunity, could you make me a wallpaper thats 1280x1024 (yes I have a freakin' big monitor) thats composed of the USA flag with the Halo 2 ODST on it and 'The Covenant Nation of Shenyang' as well as 'De Oppresso Liber' in stencil script. If possible the ODST shouldn't have their balck background but be sort of ghosted onto the image so they aren't just in your face in the middle of a US flag, but sort of behind it where you see them and the US colors are over them. The text should be black, and not too large. Feel free to take as much time as you need on it.
