every civillian who originates from justin william's state, the armed republic of dancy that lives in the zanx empire has been locked in a ghetto with only sewers to eat from and soldiers watching their every move in a mass genocide, part of the dancy--zanski war.
the empire of zanx has reasonable defence--check on NSTRACKER-- while dancy has almost none.
the genocide will only stop when dancy agrees to pay for the damage in xanka, the zanx capital, which dancy bombed ( http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=461883&highlight=terezanskidom ) a day ago.
as there are only hundreds of dancinian immigrants in zanxian territory, and 1 million were killed or injured in the bombing, it is more than fair that a peace talk is in hand.
