This is the sign up for The U.T.N Untouchable nations. The U.T.N is for nations that will have each others back in any time of war. The U.T.N will have its on Council and rules of engagement,there is no one leader of The U.T.N everbody is equal. You cannot be in the U.N. to join U.T.N. Please post here if you are interested in joining first few members will get top position in the council which rights the rules for The U.T.N.
