Today, ViZion has announced it will begin the SNA Program, or Small Nation Assistance Program. In this program, nations under the population of 75 million will recieve upto a total of $750 billion USD. Those eligable may also recieve aid in the complete supply, building, and training of your nations military forces with both conventional and non-conventional weapons.

ViZion is committed to the building of a safer world where the good, not the evil, rule this globe. We will future this by empowering young nations and curbing them with good habits, rewarding those who work for good, not for evil.

So we ask of you, come forth small nations! Come forth and reap the benefits your nation is eligable for!

*Those nations who accept over $250 billion in aid and/or gain military aid may be required to allow ViZion to build military bases in their territories. They may also be required to aid ViZion in future issues. In addition, they may be required to adhear to ViZion's international laws, and may be required to comply with the same Constitution that restrains ViZion's government and military.

We ask your nation to go please disregard what these critics say. Your nation will become stronger, and no nation will be allowed to bully your nation due to not being able to defend your self after we help build your military into an international force recognized for its strength, training, and advancement.

We will not always do this. We may build a base, however we may not. Should we see there is the possibility of this nation having a power struggle soon, we may feel it necessary to envoke the right to make sure their government and military not go out and commit genocide should the government change hands. Things such as this are taken into account. We feel it necessary to reserve the right should problems arrise so that we can stop things such as genocide or the support of a terrorist faction from arrising. Those who gain aid from the SNA Program have nothing to worry about.

We must concur with the esteemed diplomats of Sniper Country that this scheme is little more than a tiny short term investment in a country in exchange for a massive long term reward as ViZion will gain the ability to essentially own the economies of the nations invested in, as well as have the ability to militarily take control of any of these nations at will.

His Majesty's Foreign Office therefore advises nations seeking investment to seek private investors as can be done with any nation that has a free market, such as Praetonia. Praetonian businesses, amongst others I am sure, would be more than willing to open taxable factories in small nations with no government intervention or control whatsoever. This arrangement is in every way better than that offered by the ViZionian Government.

Finally, there is no greater shame or dishonour for a nation than to surrender its national sovereignty and we strongly urge no nation to even consider what is being offered in like of the numerous and major disadvantages that it involves. Any nation that finds its sovereignty compromised as a result of ViZionian action as a result of this deal will, should it request it, have the moral and material of the Democratic Imperium of Praetonia.

We, in regards to this issue, must concur with our friends in Sniper Country and our allies in Praetonia. By employing the guise of offering military assistance, it is not only worthy noting that the expansionist-fascist "nation" of ViZion is promoting militarism to other nations abroad, but also at heart is plotting the takeover of smaller and vulnerable nations for the purpose of its own little agendas. It is known that the bellicose militants of ViZion have a history of belligerence, war-racketing, and expansionism, and thus it is very possible that the whole "Small Nations Assistance Program" is nothing but a scheme aimed at covertly expanding its influences and grasp of other nations' decision-making ability, thus exploiting their innocence for the lust of the ViZion fascists. Indeed, it is overly evident that the ViZion expansionists' true desire is to secretly take over these nations' very sovereignty, thus making them mere puppets during the course of ViZion's future belligerent acts of expansionism, while abandoning them when they have proven to be of little use for their barbarous savages-masters in the red light city that is ViZion's capital.

Therefore, it is important for us to echo the advise of other nations present in the full uncovering of the ViZion fascists' true faces and agendas. If desired, smaller nations should seek aid from other, and more reliable and credible nation(s) and/or group of nations, as opposed to relying on suspicious schemes such as those formulated by the "nation" of ViZion.

I see no problem with what is a straightforward exchange of goods and products. Knowing the government of ViZion as I do, there is no underhandedness afoot.

The Empire of Xeraph has done similar exchanges in the past, and we have not "taken over" either the nation or it's economy.

A military base in a foreign nation is a 'win-win' situation. Both countries have gained advantages.
