The dimensional gates were a failure. So far these beings had proved hostile, and were already attacking the Omar anywhere they could find them. These...demons...aliens...nobody really knew what they were, but knew that they had death on their minds. In one night, they controlled half the planet.
But now the Omar were ready. Tanks, Death Rays, bots, and tons of other weapons were being used in a war never seen before. Tentacles absorbed plasma rounds, only to be disentigrated by heat rays. Tanks were eaten by 40 foot tall squids, who were in turn nuked.

The Invaders

Divine Shadow Ze'thouq sat in his throne formed of unknown creature's bones. His 400 all seeing eyes peered to every theature of war upon the planet. His troops were shape shifting beasts, impossible to comprehend. If they needed a weapon, they simply had to form it out of their body. He linked his mind with his soldiers of darkness and spoke to them from across the gulf.
"Reach...the poles....free....Xere'Zex."
They obeyed. All major attacks were simply breakthroughs. If one of these creatures died, it did not matter. A milllion didn't matter. All that mattered was freeing Xere'Zex
The Omar

The Omar had begun fighting back. All production had been haulted, and every Omar prepared for war. Death Rays were readied, and war was made. Every concievable weapon was being used, but it seemed the tide of shapeshifting demons couldn't be stopped.
We must call for help.
Transmitti-Cannot. Atmosphere is currently blocking all communications.
No outsiders can be reached.
Negatory. We cannot even communicate with our droids across the system.
What are these invading creatures?
They appear to be trans-dimensional beings. More cross over everyday, and the portal is remaining open for some reason. Their intent is unknown, and we cannot communicate with them. 46 Suprasun bombs have been dropped, killing nearly 40% of their numbers. However, the planets crust has weakened further.

Now that harvesting had stopped, something was going wrong. Too much had been taken for it to remain stable, and with nothing even attempting to keep the sun together, it was preparing to go super nova. It was only a mtter of time...

Things were in a dead lock. The beings had been pushed back to an area about 100 miles around the "device", and the Omar were exhausted. The planet was covered with bodies.
Will this ever end?
There is a way...
