The Kingdoms of Buciaumanea and Quangsze have declared war upon the Alliance of Lipton (The Kingdom of Il Re, The Constitutional Monarchy of Almenia-Huss, The Queendom of the Kellers, The Kingdom of Humardon, and Latin Europa). For the past year, delegations to the International Peace Cooperation (I.P.C.) in the World of Stefano have demanded that the occupation of Warinka, La Republique Oreiller, and U.S.S.N.S. had to come to an end, when Emperor Yoshito of Quangsze instigated an ethnic civil war within Oreiller. But Quangsze did not attend those meetings, and Buciaumanea did not either. However, Buciaumanea did acknowledge that the Alliance of Poarga, now known as The Wheel of Malice, does have a blockade between Latin Europa and Warinka, hoping to stop the escape of the native Warinkaslavs. Former Warinkan Queen Katherine has this to say about the occupation:
"International cooperation on this planet have gone bad. Buciaumanea and Quangsze should not be allowed to completely blow off the meeting of the I.P.C. and should pay for their crime. I would try and do it myself, but obviously with the occupation, the assembly of a millitary is almost futile."
Latin Europa's stand point on this issue is indeed to quickly join the Alliance of Lipton, made up of Il Re, Almenia-Huss, The Kellers, and Humardon. However, Prime Minister Valentine has failed to get in contact with the leader of the Alliance of Lipton, King Scott of Il Re. The I.P.C. in Ivory City, Urual will address the admission into the AoL on December 31st.
