The following is a press conference held by Amestrian Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin.
"The State of Amestria has discovered the existence, or previous existence, of a Secret Alliance between the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski, the Torontian Peoples Liberation Army and the Kraven Corporation."
"It has become apparent that Saint Fedski made a secret deal with the pro-New Order BC insurgency and the Kraven Corporation in order to force Amestria out of Western Torontia. To accomplish their goal Saint Fedski smuggled weapons to the insurgents in BC and arranged for the transport of Kraven Sardaukar and Capital Police on their ships to participate in a sneak attack upon Port Angeles."
"Kraven also provided Saint Fedski with the Super Flu weapon. Saint Fedski then had its agents smuggle the weapon into the BC province to be used by the insurgents. It was unleashed in Vancouver by placing dispersal systems on compromised buses."
"Saint Fedski provided the TPLA with a weapon used to kill over 40,000 Torontian civilians. Saint Fedski participated in the killing of over 40,000 Torontian civilians."
"The evidence of Saint Fedski’s activities is damning. The corpses of 17 Sarduakar have been recovered from the wreckage of the Saint Fedski ships in Port Angeles harbor and there are still more yet to be recovered. All nations, including Xirnium, are invited to send experts to verify this discovery for themselves."

Before the camera stands a man with brown hair. He is in a prison jumpsuit and appears to be middle aged and in good health. He stares directly at the camera.
“My name is George Fallman. I was a Regional Commander for the TPLA. Our goal was to force out the Amestrian Military Forces in order to bring about the return of our leader, Colonel Vader Tanakis and the New Order. We were aided by Tanakis’s former ally, the Kraven Corporation and the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski, both of whom had mutual designs on Torontia’s territory and people. It was planned that after Amestria was forced out Kraven would be provided with 20% of Torontia’s female population for use as breeders. The plan called for the unleashing of a bio-weapon in BC, which would spread and destabilize Western Torontia, killing millions. Kraven gave the bio-weapon to Saint Fedski, who ensured that it made its way into TPLA hands. Then Kraven Saraduakar would launch a surprise attack from SF merchant ships, catching the Amestrians off guard, and SF would then begin a general offensive. The plan was foiled because Amestria managed to contain the bio-weapon in BC and hostilities began before the Sardaukar filled merchant ships could land.”

"My name is Charles Taylor, and I was part of the TPLA’s Upper Command. I was a former New Order Secret Police Officer under Colonel Vader Tanakis. We were provided with arms by the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski, which was attempting to drive Amestria out of Torontia so that it could be divided up between Saint Fedski, the New Order, and Kraven. The attacks on the Seattle harbors were not carried out by New Order extremists but by Saint Fedski so as to provide a reason for its merchant ships to dock at Port Angeles with the hidden Saraduakar. Saint Fedski arranged for the bio-agent to be smuggled into BC for use against the civilian population."
"We will provide all 31 taped and signed confessions to any country which asks."
"Much has been made recently of the alleged killing of 307 individuals in BC by the Amestrian Military. Those killings have been denied by the Amestrian Occupation Authority and it has been proven that they are nothing but a smoke screen, an attempt to besmirch the good name of Amestria before the upcoming Peace Conference in Kurora. The real atrocities have been committed by the TPLA, the Commonwealth of Saint Fedski, and the Kraven Corporation."
"The State of Amestria and the Torontian Provisional Government, although furious at these revelations, has no plans for retaliation against Saint Fedski as it hopes to settle establish peace in Torontia once and for all at the Kurora Conference in Mckagan. Amestria does however urge other nations to use diplomatic and economic pressure to encourage Saint Fedski to seek a peaceful solution to the Torontian dispute at Kurora."
