Andoris, Supreme Counciler of Kharan: "In celebration of our recent victory over the corrupt Dagon and Henterin in the dreadful civil war that plauged our nation, I have decided to organize the first international Okron-Riding championship. It is said that only the strongest and most agile warriors can hope to ever control such a great beast. In eternal gratitude to the outlying nations who have helped us purify our nation, we wish to provide their warriors a way of proving their worth in combat. However, to make this event a fair one, we ask that each nation only send 3 warriors to participate in this event; presumably their finest. The even is simple; there is to be no killing, no weapons involved; you must simply knock your opponent of their Okron to proceed to the next level of the championship until only one rider remains as the true and honorable champion. The actual match will not start for another week, so as to give other nations time to consider participating in this event and decide who to send as their representatives.
