Paper-less Plans for Naviblah

I am happy to tell the world, and the nation of Naviblah. Our nation is going to undergo a plethera of changes over the next 12 months. In an effort to save our forests, and beloved Ligers. Naviblah will stop using paper. We will no longer be printing money. All government forms are currently being formated to be used digitally. Also we are shutting down our postal service for letters, and postcards. Only packages will be shipped through our postal service.

All citizens will have a nAviChip installed in thier right forearm. Along with a 2 dimensional barcode on the left forearm. The nAviChip is a long researched computer chip that works off of technology our scientists call Avi. The research is based on the theory that all human hearts have a signature rhythm that is unique to itself, much like DNA.

The reason for the two security precautions is from the silly fears by some of our citizens that someone may chop off thier arm, or if we used iris scans criminals would kill you and take your eyeball. Well the nAviChip will only work if your heart is still beating and putting out this Avi Rhythm. The wireless scanners at checkouts, government buildings, and banks will also check the 2D barcode to ensure this person is one in the same.

We will of course make arrangements for those of our citizens who only have one, or no arms. All citizens at the time of thier implant and barcoding will recieve a communications device that will interact will all approved kiosks for banking, government business, and commerce.

The official launch date of this system is set for Dec 27th, 2006. Following the launch of two communications satelites, and the completion of our Wireless Data Transmission System.

We here in the Sci Tech division of Colorado and Texas wonder how you will go about putting this plan to work? We can offer many many techs for your grand plan.

We have our nAviChip delivery system, but we're still unable to develop a less painful method of applying a 2d barcode, current tatoo methods we feel are too painful, and will probably result in improper barcodes, or refusal by citizens.

Also since our production is already maxed out in building the scanners, and other terminals. We need someone to build our already designed communications devices. Nearly 100 million for a first production run.

Upon agreement of fees and payment we will forward all designs and requirements.

Have you tried bio-marking? We here at Sci Tech have some interesting bio science we can give you.

We would actually be interested in trading our research in Avi for your bio-marking. We feel research should always be shared with those willing to share research data with us.

Thank you, and I'd like to offer your labs a contract with our nation for a bio marking system. Name the price and our contracting offices will go over it all and transfer the money on approval.

The labs also are very interesting to say the least. Thank you for the tour. Our labs are quite tame compared.

You may use them for free, if you let us provide security for any thing that ever goes wrong in your nation. We need to test our Elite 911 bots. We will if you insist charge say 500,000 a year to use our labs.

Naviblah always accepts help in crime deterence and well just plain stopping our rampant crime problem. And the wire transfer should already be complete for $2.5 million for 5 years contracted use of your labs.
