The Reich invites all Nations of the world to take advantage of our new Embassy program. We have cleared several hundred acres of land in our capital city of Pharamas for this very purpose, and we hope that this was not for nothing.


The maximum size of an Embassy is twenty-five acres.
Any Nation wishing an Embassy can send their own architects to over see the construction (Which, at most, will take two months) or will by default, receive one in the style of High Gothic.
The size of an Embassy's staff shall not exceed two hundred.
In addition, an embassy is permitted a maximum of one hundred security personnel.
The weapons of the security personnel are limited, how ever. Assault Rifles are not allowed scopes that exceed 10x, Grenade Launcher attachments, or bayonets. Any Handgun is not allowed to exceed .45
No explosives.
Embassies are allowed to keep up to twelve civilian vehicles, and are allowed up to four un-armed APC's.
Each embassy is also allowed up to five Heli-pads, with a non-Military helicopter for each.
Any Embassy personnel are considered subject to Tocrowkian law when they are outside their Embassies walls, and thus, subject to our legal sentences.


And what are some of the advantages of having an Embassy in Pharamas, Tocrowkia?


Security. Your Embassy personnel will reside in the safest sector, of the safest city, in one of safest nations in the world.
Being able to bask in the glory of the Pharamas skyline every night.(Image above).
Tocrowkia will allow any Nation with an embassy's citizens to visit, tour, and even move to Tocrowkia.
Elevated political favor. Any nation in Tocrowkia wishing to make an Economic, Political, or Military alliance with Tocrowkia will be even more highly considered.

We would like our embassy to be build in a High Gothic style. It will have 1 helipad. The size would be around 21 acres.

The Imperial Empire of Buben is alway's intrested in opening new diplomatic relation's. That said we will be willing to send Ambassador Charles Von Huttle, along with a small security force for the embassy.

Yes the Smatruck SUVs are non-miltary APCs, but they are considered civilian cars. so we will reduce the SUVs to 4. We will remove the sniper rifles, bayonets, and explosives. We will have only bullets and non-lethal rounds. We apologize for misunderstandin your rules.

You may inspect the residences of Khemi at your leisure. Be advised that the buildings of Khemi, indeed all of the buildings of the Kingdom of Xeraph, consist of one story above ground, and 2-8 stories below ground. Most ambassadorial residences are three stories. Do not be concerned about being below ground, and there are two HoloRooms within each dwelling that can be programmed to make it seem that you are outside.

There are only five cities in Xeraph, all Royal Cities, all for diplomatic purposes.

The rest of the buildings in the Kingdom are of a military nature, as there are approximately 230 million in our military, with 22 milliom of them here in Xeraph.

If your people are going to arrive via ship or air, please let us know when you would like to arrive, as we will prepare a suitable welcome. If you would like to have us TransBeam you, we can do that also.

The Shin Ra Corporation has no diplomatic ties to Tocrowkia yet, but in order to create these, we would like to apply for an embassy.

The embassy will, to our plans, take up about 10 acres, and have a height of 3 floors. It will employ 22 people in total.

If this is not possible, the Makou energy would be shipped by Gelnika transport planes from Midgar to Tocrowkia in monthly flights.
