Official Central Intelligence Agency Charter(C)
Section I. Establishment of the Bureaucracy
A) Director of the Agency.
The Director of the CIA shall have final say with all intelligence matters, on both the day to Day and major intelligence decisions. However, the Director can as he or she sees fit, assign Some of his or her duties to an under secretary.
AI) The Director shall be appointed by the head of the Region. The CIA however will run as an entity separate to that of the normal in order to Allow for smooth operation. The head of this before mentioned region, shall however, Have the ability to give his or her opinions on intelligence matters. The Director shall serve 6 month terms, unless otherwise determined by the regional Government
AII) All under secretaries shall be appointed by the Director. And can be chosen or fired at As the Director sees necessary.
The Central Intelligence Agency Covert Military Operation’s Unit (CMOU)
This group runs separate from the military, and operates Covertly. Invading/defending regions for Ransom/protection, to eliminate/rejuvinate weak regions, and to change the public opinion on Defender/invader Organizations.
BI) The CMOU shall be lead by the Secretary of CI Opp. (Central Intelligence Operations)
He/She has the duty to brief the director, on all military intelligence reports, oversees Military espionage, and is responsible for the movement of all CMOU actions. This Includes choosing targets, giving a briefing to the Director, and then to his troops On the said operation.
BII) To be chosen for CMOU a nation must be proven in battle, trusted by two thirds of Government Officials, and above all must have served as a field operative for the CIA.
C) The field Operative
The field Operative is the key foot solider in the CIA. They are assigned as determined by the Director and the Secretaries, and shall infiltrate/protect any region that is seen as necessary
CI) The Field Operative (FO) must give a weekly report to his or her Superior which will Entail all major actions in the region, and any other important intelligence information that Has Been gathered.
