The Lao PDR would like to remind the international community that this is only a small group of the people of Laos. They feel that we are against them. While they might be different in ways, they are a part of Laos. The Government of the Lao PDR can assure you that it has the situation under control.

"Under control!!!!!!" Shouted the Lao Human rights movement leader: Teng Yee Ly. "For 31 years The fight between the secret veteran and the Lao Government had been waged to this day... Allowing the Lao government to handle this situation is futile... I ask Nation of the free world... 31 year of genocide is enough!!! I ask you leaders of the world to allow the U.N. intervene and investigate this situation at hand."

We ask one question, what if the UN sides with these people, this will be bad for the Muslim contries of the World. Muslim nations need better representation, we need our own international forum, where the Muslims may chat with one another.

We must remember the Quran. The accusations that your own people have thrown against you go againts many of the teachings of the Quran itself. This is why we, the Islamic Republic of Iran, call for an UN Investigation into this matter. We will personally see to it if we have to.

Understood, but we view this as your trying to get the UN to support your nation, is that part true?

You are dodging the subject by changing it. Your people rebel against you and all you think about is my nation and it's status among the UN? What kind of goverment are you? The people come first. Remember the Quran.

(The UN is a gameplay element and doesn't really exist in the forum, just like in real life they can't do shit about shit. If they had to ask for permission for bathroom breaks in the UN building here in NYC it'd probably be the worst smelling place in the city.)

We will look further into this matter.

Teng Yee Ly, and the Fact finding Commision replies to the nation commities.

"We are not yet unable to determine where Moua Toua Ter group is located. Due to the fact that the LPDR, and Vietnamese group are constantly chasing them like animals, It isn't easy in pin pointing their location."

"But we do have a hunch that Moua toua ter group is located in the Long Tieng reigion.... Many of them are armed with U.S pre 1975 M-16, and Post Vietnam war RPG-Rocket launcher, Only in few numbers, are armed..."

Drooping his head, Teng Yee pounds the table and shouts.

"These People are starving, their childeren Malnutrition... They need food and shelter... We cannont allow the LPDR to handle this situation any more... In 2005 they were responsible for the rape and murder of 5 teenage childeren scavanging for food."

Hmong U.S citizens protest at Home infront of Washington D.C.
"We want our people taken care of in Laos..." Say's Thao Vang 'Former U.S. CIA Recurit.' "We want our relative to be treated like citizen... Not like animals."

Fact finding Commision Concerns:

"To the Minister of South Africa, we are graceful for your generosity... But we ask you to safe guard these people into friendly fire zone... And provide them with Medical aid, and food. Not Weapons for war... With all Due respect these people been fighting this war for at least 31 years now... And I don't think their morale can hold out much longer... Unless your willing to provide these people with safe coverage to firendly neighbor, such as China, or Thailand... I refuse to watch my people suffer anymore then they have."

The borders are to be open to free emigartion. The Chao Fa may exit the nation to Thailand or Vietnam by land at anytime, or may travel via air in the next 30 days. We do hope this will give the Chao Fa their needed freedoms, many party members are content in the nation. The Chao Fa is only a minority.

South Africa, you are ordered to stand down, the only people we will let protect the Chao Fa will be UN peacekeepers, should the Security Council allow. You are violating the sovereignty of the Lao PDR. Stand Down.
