To whom it might concern,
The Lao People's Democratic Republic is interested in establishing an alliance with you. The Laos Government has been working on such a proposal since late 2009. We will allow unlimited testing of technologies in the nation of Laos as long as you provide us with military support. The nation of Laos is also willing to extend this to other Muslim nations, should you wish to do so.

We the Islamic Republic of Iran would like to know why you are seeking an alliance with us and why you would need our military's support. So you would allows us to test nuclear devices in your country? Far fetched indeed. Most WMDs could level entire sections of a country and you would allow us to test on Laosian soil. It would seem to us that you are either crazy or a fool. We do not accept this alliance because it would lead to more problems with the UN.

Well, that isn't quite what we meant. We meant weapons like tanks, artillary, and other things of the like. We are a very poor nation, and we want a nation who supports the Muslim cause to assist us. We would also want to know what your terms are for a possible alliance between multiple Muslim nations.

Testing weapons in a country that is well over a thousand miles away wouldn't work. We are willing to ally with you but you must give us something more then allowing weapons testing in your country. If your country is poor we are willing to lend aid to country. But your countries Communist leadership and statewide support of Atheism frighten us.

To the LPDR, we the nation of Chao Fa, are concern about your strategical movement in accquiring more arms, and alliances... you have no place or value in the world of the free market... To us your nation is a nation of murderous intents and should not be allowed to gain any support in what so ever cause.

Your nation is responsible, for tyranny, oppression, and human rights violation.

OOC: Read my history which has been approved and you will see Laos, while still Communist follows some parts of Islamic law, supports Muslims, and is ran by a foreign immigrant ruler.

Pakistan may consider this alliance but there are a few factors which concern us:

The Islamic Republic has allocated an amount of aid for the nation of Laos. You should be receiving it soon.

We will send aid in th form of oil, medical supplies, money, and human aid to our fellow islam supporting country. But we have nothing to gain from an alliance.

The Islamic Republic will be sending money and equipment ot help your Infastructure.

Should any Muslim nation wish to establish Military Bases in Lao PDR, we will consider it anytime.

If agreed you should recieve this aid within one month.

We agree with Pakistan and Iran on their offers of aid. We will allow it to come into the nation freely. Also we wish to allow any company of any type in your nations to establish within the Lao PDR. Thank you.
