The President jumped out of his seat at a typical cabinet meeting after reading the letter, and jumped in joy, clapping his hands.
"We have the money!, we can now afford anything we want! Yes!" The President got out a pen and piece of paper, and started writing a note. "This money is all going into government projects, and buildings, so we can really get this country started. I am also going to subsidise people so they can start up real businesses. Yeehah!" 5,000,000,000 is to be spent on schools, and hospitals all over the country, as well as 4,000,000 going into individual people, encouraging them to start up businesses. Soon shops, and warehouses are going to start popping up. 1,000,000 will go into making a power plant for Samula. Another 4,000,000 will go into factories. "I dont care if this ends up making Rorotravia the way it was when we did our last mass spend, we got through, and will do it again this time! Yeah!"
