Due to recent discussions in the Government of the Republic of Korea being responsible enough to fully have authority over its Armed Forces without lack of organization and skill, President Roh Moo-hyun has asked President McCain of America to fully allow the Liberalization of the South Korean Armed Forces.

In a Press Meeting, Roh Moo-hyun had stated confidently, "The Republic of Korea is as strong as ever and we feel that it deserves full responsibility over its Armed Forces. To stabalize peace in the East Asian Region, especially with North Korea, the South Korean Government believes that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea will be more fond of its Southern Neighbor if the United States of America has no control over the Armed Forces of Republic of Korea, thus allowing a closer sight to Unification. We grieve that the US and North Korea are still at tensions, but South Korea does not wish to be involved in it, especially in any turbling times. We, and all of South Korea, wish this is considered and accepted by the American Government."

After the meeting, President Roh Moo-hyun of South Korea had detailed a description of how South Korea would be responsible, caring and cautious of its military activity. And due to his commitment, the South Korean Public is supporting the President's action.

President Roh Moo-hyun also strongly believed that North Korea would be in favour of this action since the Republic of Korea won't be involved in tensions between America and North Korea, which is a vital step to Unification. Risks of a Militarized War is also decreased if America does not intervene in the South Korean Military.

The Prime Minister had also taken steps to show pre-consented authority of the South Korean Military by moving part of the Korean Navy to Pusan, and by withdrawing 20,000 from the Demilitarized Zone.

South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun finds this idea unnecessary since we are trying to stabalize the East Asian region only.

OOC: The Issues with the Far East have almost nothing to do with the rest of Asia. A problem in N. Korea wouldn't matter to a country in say like Cambodia. Thats why only N.Korea, S. Korea, and China were invited. The only country that should be there but isn't is Japan.

OOC: What we meant was that we wish for all Asian nations to be present at such a meeting, it's a national policy choice of ours and it doesn't ahve to be followed. But we do want representation.
