After Crassuss was pushed from Okyto and Lord Shirassi razed it to the ground (with the lose of 4.9 billion lives) Lord Tokuitanzen Daraasi, quite possibly the wisest and oldest person this side of the centre of the universe set up a school called the Seirou Acadamy on a planet which he obviously enough called Seirou. It was founded to be a place of learning and peace, where all nations could come together in study and reflection. Lord Daraasi himself was an excellent teacher and for a fee beffiting of his status would take on the children of those in such positions as to be able to afford his stipend, to tutor them properly in every aspect of life.

The Acadamy itself his placed on the only major landmass on Seirou. set amid the feilds that proivde food for its occupants and surrounded by the ocean it has an even temperature that is warm but not hot. The winds are artificially dampened and the rain is triggered frequently but lightly. The buildings are largely in a babylonian or egyptian style providing numerous courtyards and fountains as well as halls and librarys.

Crime is unheard of and any incidence of it would be strongly punished, though corporal punishment is rare it is likely to be severe, and the lack of doors can often lead to a lack of privacy though researchers and students alike should ahve nothing to hide.

Current Occupents of the Seirou Acadamy are:
Lord Tokuitanzen Daraasi
Assorted Halflings and Human servants
A small group of Jordaxians
Trivazian Delegates.

I welcome any and all nations to provide in the spirit of goodwill and co-operation a group of people to join the Acadamy. And anyone who has any offspring they wish taught to the highest standard in the galaxy they are also encouraged to apply in this thread.

Thats a lot of people but OK.OOC: Vaians age three times as fast as a human, and hybrids age fifty percent faster than humans. Youth have a tendency to be frequent.

IC:
First to arrive was, suprisingly, the vessel from the Confederacy. It was a ragtag ship, seeming to be made of about a dozen other vessels patched together in midflight. However, it was able to manage the local atmosphere and land safely, preparing to unload the cargo of students.

The human students were unkempt, seeming akin to third world children of twentieth century Earth. Their skin was pale due to lack of exposure to the Vaian suns, and their clothes were thickly layered rags. Still, the rags had been cleaned, as had their bodies, giving them a semblence of being members of an ancient, proud culture.

Not far behind them were the hybrids. They looked like albinos of their human cousins, but their ears and noses were smoothed out, and their hands only had three fingers. If they were barefoot, one would see they had three toes as well. They clambered out eagerly, as members of the Confederacy very seldom enjoyed the luxury of natural gravity.

Not far behind was a transport cruiser from the League. This ship seemed like the classic archetype of an unidentified flying object: a large, featureless metallic disc. There were lines that arced across it in an intriquette pattern, however. When it lands, a gravity dampening column descends to allow the students a safe dropoff.

These human students all have the same enhancements that are visible: simple metal plating along their spines, and small panels at the outer corners of their eyes. Their uniforms are universal as simple gray jumpsuits, all bearing the jigsawed black sphere of the League.

Finally, the Combine frigate. It also had smooth architecture to it, having a design that seemed the blend the practicality of humans with the curved asthetic interests of the vaians. As the students were unloaded by shuttlecraft, it was clear that they were the dominant faction in the Union.

Their human students all wore complex uniforms of red, white, and black, all clean cut and shaven. They seemed almost a military unit, their pride second only to their vaian counterparts. The vaians towered over their fellows, their extra knees giving them a height advantage, and their smooth featureless faces giving them distinction from the colorful variety of humans. All hands had three fingers, and all eyes were solid black.

The students began mingling as they waited for the details to be settled and to receive instructions, but they all seemed tostay within their political groupings. In the case of the Confederacy, racial groupings applied as well.

OOC: Fenix! You're not dead! Back from America, I hope? Good to see you again around here, almost thought we'd lost you for good. Anyway, *tag* for interest and possible participation.

OOC: Interesting. I'll think about it when my brain isn't half gone with want of sleep. Oh, like Theao, I am also curious as if this is to be a character RP or not.
