As you can see, we are a small nation, andhave afew problems in our country.We do not have enough money, supplies, support, and army to protect, or keep our nation running.We do, however, have a lot of resources unnecisary to us and could be bought by YOUR nation right now.Rebels in ourarea are threatening, and moreandmore people are joing them.Last time we checked it was 250, now it has reached 4,500 (including the ones who joined in the other thread.)Many of our cities have been lost.Or capitol city is the sole survivorin our nation, and we fear the worst.We are going to ask any nation in the entire world to accept us as there colony.BUT these are our terms:


We keep our nation name and people.
You keep us safe at all costs.
We sell you cash crops, and we get money/weapons.
We keep our flag, and our religions.
You treat us with respect.
You let us keep our laws.
We set up Mercantilism in trade routes with other nations.
You allow us to make a portion of money if we trade with other colonys/countries.


We think these terms are agreeable, and if you have any other suggestions, please tell us.

We would be more than willing to aid in protecting you nation.

His Majesty's Government would be willing to accept these terms, and provide training to your military/police forces to assist you in putting down the insurrection. If that proves ineffective, and if considered a necessity, the Royal Army could be deployed to help maintain law and order.

As for rule under the United Kingdom, you shall find a liberal democratic empire. You shall be granted the freedom to keep your own cultural intact, as well as your religions, and languages. We of course would be willing to allow you some freedom to conduct your own trade with other foreign powers, though the exact limitations and obligations regarding that trade would likely need to be worked out in detail.

IC: The Democratic People's Republic of Northern Sushi is willing to accept the nation of Roanoke Island into the Northern Sushi Commonwealth Union, under the term of keeping the territory named Roanoke Island, with the government powers of a Northern Sushi Special Administrated Region, aka SAR. The nation is willing to let the SAR choose all of its own trading partners, and will allow it self-rule, including regards to tariffs and taxs. The nation will also allow the SAR to have total control over its own immigration policy, including highest power in all matters of Sushiian citizens. We will also allow complete access to 5% our army's personnel.

Assembling a retinue of 10 elite Korean Auxiliaries and enough supplies for six weeks, Taira Yuna assembled at the RIJA, flying to the Jet Agency as fast as possible in a DC-10. She then left, along with her guards, and proceeded out to the waiting limos...

Mr. Slivankian has arrived at the royal docks after his long and exquisite journey on the HMS Seaking Farrington. He approches the limos to await to be transported to meet with the Roanoke Island government on the behalf of the Northern Sushi Commonwealth Union.

As each limo drove off, the people were screaming"AH, THE REBELS THE REBELS!"It was screamed for a good 5 minutes the limo drivers did nothing."Ok, this is our stop, please take the first door on your left and follow the stairs down to the Rotunda where the meeting will takeplace.Oh, anddont worry, the Rebels wont shoot...they haventforthe past 2 weeks!"The Limo drivers eachsaid the diplomats with a smile.

The Supreme Admiral Himself would like to attend the event at which the annexing of Roanoke will be disscussed. If is his allowed to attend he will bring with him three platoons of Black Berets, ten MPs and Danny Hanlon. Mr. Hanlon is the head of the Black Berets and a close freind if the Admiral.

Are there spaces still available at the conference? Franco-Philia wishes to send a diplomat with armed guards to the conferences and is VERY interested in Roanoke.
