We have detected a number of missiles heading toward Frenzia.We have launched interceptor missiles to try to take them down.It is expected that the first missiles will hit Frenzia in about an hour and a half.We ask that all nations providing aid send whatever forces or items they can to Frenzia.Please send a list of all troops and items that you can send.We are waiting to see the damage done before we deploy troops.

The People's Republic is opposed to the proliferation of biological weapons to unstable regimes. Such weapons do not respect the rules of war, or national boundaries. They will kill indiscriminately, and as such we are willing to offer our support in any conflict that may result.
We are also willing to deploy a platoon of our Sniffer Dog-class NBC detection units to assist in the early detection of any attack. This should be sufficient to provide coverage over three cities, though further deployments may be authorised if the situation warrants it.

In the event war between your nation and Bro-Soaz breaks out, Mondoth will lend our support in the form of a medium sized battle fleet to your nation. If biological or chemical weapons are used then We will provide full medical support to the affected areas and military support to the extent of our abilities at the time of the attack.

Offers of troops are not needed at the moment but if war breaks out against Bro-soaz or Raven corps the aid will be needed.For now any NBC detection/clean up/protection crews can be dispatched,but make sure to leave enough protection for your own country.All offers of NBC detection/clean up/protection are cleared for landing at Freedom City National Airport.Your men will be picked up by C-130 aircraft and transported to cities around Frenzia.

OOC: Do you have a map? or at least a general description of your nation including major cities and what not?

The United Republic of Big Long Now will donate $900 million to Frenzia for military operations, and an additional $900 million for medical treatment of casualties that arise during this conflict. At this time, we do not wish to involve our own military in this war, but the Big Long Now Intelligence Agency will monitor the situation closely if intervention is needed.

OOC: The aid teams will probably deploy to the cities closest to the source of the river as well as the largest cities along its length. Names of those cities would be nice. If your government doesn't object then specialized anti-toxins and vaccines can be dumped directly into the municipal water supplies for ease of distrbution, otherwise we can set up clinics to administer vaccines. if an attack actually occurs then that'll have to happen any way.

The cities,starting form the base of the mountain on the east side are:
Asagarnia.At the west side just north of the fork in the river is Dolum.Inside of the fork is Dallas.On the east side half way to the coast is Victorm.On the east side diagonally up from the small island is Bronder.At last at the mouth of the river on the west side is River City.On the north east pennisala there is a city call Honama.I hope that helps.

News of the possible threat of biological or chemical warfare was met with grave distain in the Autrean cabinet. "We must be ready to send aid/supplies/medical equipment/foot soldiers; anything that the Frenzians may require in the coming months/years if war were to break out" the eldest member of the cabinet voiced. An agreeance was uttered in hushed tones around the auditorium - "send a telegram of our response immediately: We are ready and willing to be called by Frenzia should the situation ever warrant it" another voice added. After much deliberation the head of state of Autrean, Charles Manford, declared that "if Frenzia was attacked with biological/chemical weapons of any form support would be dispatched - however required - without hesitation. In the mean time a small team of Autrean biological warfare experts would be sent to establish the areas/landmarks most in danger of biological warfare attacks and possible responses to such attacks."

Colderon didn't know if Frenzia actually had WMD's. Niether did he care. Colderon called for his secretary to bring in the tactical data on Frenzia so that he may examine them and try to find a weak point in thier defenses. Two minutes later she walked in and laid down the data on his desk. Colderon picked up the data and looked at his secretray as she walked out, he like to look at her ass as she walked out. Colderon gave a little laugh and began to look at the data.

The aircraft were right above there location starting to record data.

Cretteck the Grey, Speaker of Parliament, deserved the name. A silvery mane surrounded a face carved by wrinkles. He was bowed by responsibility, as Mahria's head of state. Almost alone among the backbiting politicians and hissing lobbyists of the government, he was respected. Reporters fell silent when the grim man entered. He began to read, heavy-hearted, from a prepared statement.

On behalf of the people of Mahria, I place our support behind Frenzia's population. The hospital ship Warrior's Widow leaves port in two days with it's full complement of eight hundred personnel. I state explicitly that any harm that comes to these personnel will be taken as an act of war.

We do not seek war with Raven Corps, but we join all other right-thinking peoples in condemning the use of chemical and biological weapons. Especially against civilians, such weapons cannot be condoned, and our forces will come to the aid of those who need it.

The answer came rapidly to the Frenzian offer of escort (OOC: it is "Frenzian," right?)

Our current escort is three Piranha-class submarines, small fast units. If more seems necessary, rendez-vous coordinates can be exchanged with all urgency.

We wanted to make sure that your ship was protected.There would be little for us to do if Raven Corps went ahead with his threats.Once again we would like to thank all nations for their support.

The Imperial Nicksyllvanian will not provide direct support in case of war. However we will be willing to sell surplus small arms, tanks, artillery, and nuclear ICBMs.

Mahrian diplomats were hissing and muttering about Colderon's press conference. Flurries phone calls were sent, pressuring Frenzia to declare the escort force as non-belligerent in nature, while the Mahrian public was sold a story of Raven Corps paranoid agression against a foreign mission of mercy.

OOC about the nukes: I think it could be argued that a smaller nations could have somehow obtained nuclear weapons. Hell, look at Israel.

OOC: If u were talking to me; then ok, then i'll just send the other stuff then. But in my defence the US has a pop of 250 million, and they have the most nukes in the world. My pop is about 160 million so why cant i have nukes too???

OOC: yea I know, but mot larger nations or more exp. ones will not accept them. I would if they had a thread that showed them obtaining them. Another reason that it would not be likely is that thier defense budget would not be able to maintain them.

The air was sweet and cold. Winter weather had just struck the island and a fresh blanket of snow now covered most of the island. As the security forces took watch, the H.A.R.S.( High Altitude Radar Station ) picked up a fast moving object and sounded the alarms. As soon as the alarm was raised Raven corp EM sam Batterys came to life and began to attack the object. Missiles started to rocket from just about every point of the Island.

The pilots sent all information they had just before two more missiles split two aircraft strait down the center.

''Holy God.''the pilot of Eye 5 said pushing a button attempting to jam the SAM batteries.It was to late, a missile shot straight into the engine decimating the aircraft.The final pilot did a complete 360 and shot back towards Frenzia.Just as he began to pick up speed he was hit.The aircraft shot towards the ground and on its way it was hit by another missile.

No we do not want a war,Raven Corps would launch WMDs and endanger foriegn military in Frenzia.The only way we will declare war is if Raven Corps makes an attack on our home ground or the ground of people offering assistence to us.The C-130s can pick you up and transport you to Frenzian Armed Forces Base Kilo.

Colderon now had what he needed. More info to twist and distort. the stage was set and he was ready. Colderon walked up to the podium and looked down at the stage floor. And looked back up and said:

" Ladies and gentleman. About 24 hours ago. a number of forgien spy planes where shot down near and undiclosed location. Reasons why I cant tell you which one is for security reasons and I dont want to risk that kind of imformation. But these planes where shot down within Raven corp Air-space. Wreckage obtained has shown us that these aircraft did indeed belong to Frenzia. I ask you now. Who is the aggressors here. First a moblilized fleet, now spy planes..... with each new day come new acts of war that we have ignored, But no longer! We will now sit idol while they draw ever so close to us! We will not lay down and die like dogs. We will not lose!! As of NOW Raven corps is no longer at Cold war status but we are now at WAR!"

Security General Jackel got his signal, as he watch the news cast. As soon as he heard Colderon. The deployment teams where already loaded and ready.
soon 3000 Orca dropships loaded with 50 security forces lifted off and were escorted but 150 YF23 Black widows, and about 30 missile destroyers. Each group headed for diffenert locations on the Frenzia map.

the missiles where now in their final launch stage and were now on count down. First location Frenzia capitol and surrounding major cities...

Soon 30 large ICBM Bio-weapons, loaded with Nemesis-9 Launched and were on they're way. also being escorted by 80 high heat burning inntersector missiles.

Tristan Hawthorne, Admiral of the First Carrier Group Task Force, was walking around the bridge of his flagship, looking over the preparations for the sortie to Frenzia. Naval Command had recently decided to take more ships from other carrier groups to augment the first one, in order to meet anything they might find. Their objective was to help the international coalition giving aid to Frenzia defend Frenzian waters against external agression.

As he continued to walk, an aide shouted out,

Sir, we've recieved sortie orders from Naval Command.

Hawthorne nodded.

Send back a signal saying that we are putting to sea immediately, and should arrive in Freznia within 72 hours.

A large portion of the government was here.More were on there way.Inside the most secure room in the bunker a meeting was taking place.


''Is project Tri- Shield done General.''The High Councilor asked General Howe.
''No High Councilor,we have completed most of the off shore monitoring station but we don't have a very strong missile defense shield yet.''The General replied.
''God damn it,fire what we do have then I want these missiles shot down.''The High Councilor looked angry.The General picked up the phone.He was calling to have missiles launched to intercept the incoming missiles.

Upon receiving the information S.P.O.T. wasted no time in debating. they called the HQ Of H.A.T.S. and told them to prepare Grupe 1-5 a total of 500 troops of the best strike fource.
