Message from the Chancellor of the State in Franco-Philia to all nations and regions, speaking for the Senate and Minister.

At the end of last year we as a nation instituted a state religion and began removing non-practicing citizens from our borders by force and seizing their properties. This action was forced upon our nation mainly by Le Ministre de la Langue et Patrie (our equivalent of a Prime Minister) and his main advocate the Archbishop of Ville de Franco (our capital.) We as a nation have since ammended our constitution to reverse this absoutely deplorable action and to strip the Minister of the vast majority of his power. Our senate has began a new task force of locating citizens who were forced out and offering them the option of returning with large government subsideries going to reimburse them. We are deeply sorry for our actions and encourage as much tolerance in our land as possible wanting Fanco-Philia to be an internationally acclaimed haven for civil rights.

Thank you, and we again apologize for our actions and have since taken the right steps to recovering from this tyrannical imposition on our lands.
