We would like to invite someone to come to our state, preferably the head of government, or the head of state. However, we may only have one guest at a time, and therefore the first to reply to this thread will be the one who gets to go.

The Emperor can not come at this time, however we will be sending High Commander James Astar to meet with your leader(s)
OOC: High Commanders are higher ranked then Admirals or Generals and have control of all branches of the military. there are four High Commander in all, they answer only to the Minister of Defense (David Keller) and the Emperor(Derek Keller)
