ViZion Launches War on Terror, Supporters
Calls Upon The Free World To Join

ViZion City, ViZion — President Villian made a speech calling for a war against Terror of the World and his supportings, claiming the right to utterly destroy or take control of any nation who dares stand in its way.

He has also called upon Xirnium and all nations of the Free World to join ViZion in this quest to once and for all put an end to the horrific actions of Terror of the World. Seek them out, destroy them and any nation who dares not allow us to extract them and reform their government.

President Villian also ordered a No-Tolerance bill into effect against any nation who does not turn over all terrorists and information related to the terrorists. Should a nation refuse, ViZion will not stop at anything to take complete control of that nation, or to destroy it.

This comes after a tape made its way around the international media of the torturous slaughter of a boy (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=460336) believed to be 10 years old and of Xirnium citizenship.

Villian has pledged to take revenge for every single death and torture committed by Terror of the World. In his words, To those who support Terror of the World. Hand them over, as well as the information. If you do not, we promise to take complete control of your nation or the complete destruction of your nation!

Villian offers its condolences to the family who's child was kidnapped and bruatally slaughtered on tape.
