"We're recieving reports that McKagan DART teams have made a raid against a suspected New Order holdout in southern Arizona. McKagan Special Forces have been known to be working in this area in the past, and in a recent memo that was leaked to the media, we learned that they suspected TOP RANKING New Order officials and cooperators to be here..."
She stops talking and pays attention to voices coming through her communications set from the broadcast room.
"People, we have EXTREME news here. It is believed that IRA GAINES, the man responsible for leading the TRA against forces in Torontia, was at the site! As of now it is unclear if he was killed, captured, or got away; but we know for a fact that he and several of his top aids along with those from the New Order government were captured!"

We know of your struggles against the TRA and TPLA, and of your great wish and desire that no doubt exists in wanting to find their leaders. Well, we have scored for you. Based off intelligence provided by the Halberdgardian Central Intelligence Agency, CODEX Agents have raided targets across Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. Confirmed is the capture of Ira Gaines, the TRA leader, and close to 200 of his aids and personal security details.
We realize that our nations have had differences in the past, but we also realize that you may infact be willing to look past those and establish better relations with us in order to bring these fascists to justice. We believe that the majority of the New Order members moved into South/Central America. In order to support operations against them, we are construction a small city/military base/zone below San Diego. This will consist of multiple airbase structures, Light Infantry Divisions capable of moving into South America quickly, and a Airforce Strike Division. We hope that you will support our mission, and even send personnel to McKagan to be part of the trial against these people. We are willing to allow them to be charged under both McKagan AND Amestrian law where possible.
