Aid to Dra-pol suddenly cut (AMW)

The driver of the train turned his lights on, trying to get a good view of the vehicle ahead of him that appeared to be signalling him in the midst of this terrible snowstorm. The train slowed down marginally as the driver applied braking, and now he could see that it was a PLA squadron. He knew something important had happened, as they couldn't wait for radio contact after the blizzard passed.

As the train shuddered to a halt, the trooper approached the train driver.

"You're name is Lee Kum Kee, driver of Train No 15 carrying 2,500 tonnes of grain and 500 tonnes of consumer goods correct?"
"Yes, that is me."
"You must turn the train back, and cease delivery of the goods."
"We have a contract with the government to pro-"
The trooper interrupted him.
"You and your company will be compensated. No more aid shipments to Dra-pol whatsoever."

Considering that the Yalu's bridges had been blown-up by the Neo-Suloists, turning the train back probably wasn't the worst idea that the Chinese ever had. Of course, based in Lyong, the Hotanite government-in-exile receives word of China's giving-up on Dra-pol in a positive light, initially supposing it to indicate opposition to Sul-Joson and tacit support for the Choson People's Republic.
