ViZion has begun to process the nearly 600 teenagers who will be deported later this month. The reasons given for this is simply to the fact that these teenagers have become murderers. Each of these teenagers have murdered between two and 15 people each.

One of them even killed his own family - three sisters, a bother, his parents, and his grandmother who lived with them.

These teenagers will be sent to a small island in the South Pacific. They will be forced to fend for them selves, as it is untamed, completely wild, and they will not be guarded or protected, nor will ViZion maintain any contact with it. It is just them and the wild. Other criminals - murderers and rapists at first - will also begin their exportation within three months to this island, called Prigione.

Though we are no longer under control of the old Mikosolf Corporation we still do what they did with prisoners, hard labor untill they die, or as fodder in wars, or in gladitorial entertainment. Though deportation to such lands are effective they grand your nation no benifite.

What your nation does with its prisoners is your business. However, this is simply execution with a brutal twist on it. You might as well just execute them. Like I said, though, it's your penal code.

We will not be televising this. That's not needed. These people will get what's coming to them, and that's why we're doing this.

At least in Vizion's way, the criminals have a chance of living while in Czechotova's they will be used as animals...

Recognising the right of the ViZion government to punish criminals with their own judicial system, the United Kingdom must officially condemn the transfer of convicted teenagers to a remote island to “fend for themselves.”

His Majesty’s Government would like to offer its services as a custodian for those unwanted souls. If the idea can be found acceptable, the UK proposes transfer of sovereignty over the island to His Majesty’s Government so as to better enact legislation providing for shelter and other rudimentary supplies. To best protect the interests of ViZion, the inhabitants will not be granted citizenship until they have proven themselves rehabilitated, at which point their passports and national identification cards will brand them as exiled prisoners from ViZion thus barring them from leaving the United Kingdom bound to ViZion.

It is the hope of the Prime Minister that your government may find this an acceptable alternative than simply throwing teenagers into the unknown.

These prisoners will still be sent to this island. However, you are free to pick them up from the island. Upon leaving ViZion, their citizenship will be revoked, thus you may pick them up and try to rehabilitate them. But that's all we can do. We will not just send known murderers and rapists to other countries straight from ViZion even at their request.

if you read my above post, you will see why i am not hypocritical. Atleast these poor children will be given a chance to contribute to society and not die hungry, thirsty, cold and scared. they will be in jail, where they will contribute to our studies on nueroscience by pattern evaluation or be killed quickly and painlessly

However, the reasoning is they have harmed the nation by removing productive (or soon to be) people from the work force. Therefore selling it as a television show or as something else, ranging from gladitorial fighting or hard labor, in an attempt to negate or at lest lessen the damage their actions have caused.

The Ministry of the Interior plans to operate one transport ship and one small frigate, which will escort the transport with its criminals to the remote island of Vanoga, located in the central Pacific. The island is uninhabited, though fully within the dominion of the United Kingdom and it will be reconstituted as a crown dependency, wholly dependent on Imperium for economic, foreign, and military policies while retaining the ability to create and run their own system of government.

We understand the concerns of your government; however, we simply cannot allow these teenagers to be abandoned in the prime of their life and so His Majesty’s Government thanks you for allowing the teenagers to be relocated to Vanoga for rehabilitation.

And do you honestly think they gave a rats ass about those they killed? These people all claimed not guilty, and some of them killed their own families. All of them have killed more than once. And yet we still give them a second chance at life.

Perhaps put security men over there, or have them establish some kind of order, so that a civilisation will eventually form, perhaps? Imagine some who do it out of lack of control? Please reconsider.

LA Ice supports ViZion's method of punishing criminals without death. We have been doing this with bogans for many years now and it has been proven a rousing success.

Those remaining would get a variety of punishments, namely jail time, payments to the family effected, or execution.

The nearly 600 teenagers have been boarded onto their prison ship, which will deport tomorrow. They will arrive in (a few RL hours).
