Optischer has decided to release this information, so as to not raise questions incase it was acidentally discovered. The XSS1 is praised by optischer, but so as to make sure peace is continued, we are constructing this observation station, with my sole permission. It is lightly armed, extremely defenced, and fully automated. The Xeno may have objections to this, and so may other nations. But we are not spying, and only wish to observe it so that we can decide whether or not it is safe to set up an embassy and market.

The Omar will only object if numbers over a 3 month period show that traffic to the Omar embassy has decreased. We also state our right to not allow you to scan Omar ships or their contents, doing so will be considered an act of war.

We are only scanning the xss1 and all citizens on board. we will not publicly scan any ships, and anti-scanning devices are treated suspiciously. Why do you want your ships unscanned, is there anything you don't want revealing?

Do not take us for fools. We have had our own encounters with peoples attempting to gather information of our own technology and resources. For all we know, you want to know our force capability against yours.

The Omar do not appreciate your rhetorical questions. We have nothing in our ships that concerns Non-Biomodified species. Keep in mind we will install monitoring devices withen our embassy, and if evidence is found that you have scanned it in the least, your station will be fired upon without hesitation. This goes for ships as well.

We only want to ensure our people's security. If it is required and requested then I shall publicly publish the results outside our soon to be embassy, and outside the soon to be market. I will also post everyone a finding of our results to show my concern for only our people. I will not allow the destruction of a harmless station. I am not a voyeur!

Your citizens are your bussiness, as our's are. Therefore keep your scans to yourself. If you are worried about security regarding our embassy, then refrain from being near it. We further state that once your embassy is established, if scanning devices are installed and try to pry into Omar affairs, your embassy will be shut down until said items have been removed.

I will allow only a public investigation by the xeno. If that dosn't please you, I uestion our security rather than yours. This is a non-military automated station, with only two weak lasers for defense. As soon as I am contacted, I will allow the xeno to investigate it, but will wait for results before the thought of even shutting one sensor. I have no intention of scanning ships, unless I believe they would be a security threat to our nation.

An interesting Perdiciment, we have no desire to war with the Xeno. If this is true, then the Galactic Republic will stay its hand. However, The Confederacy of Independent Systems can, having no affiliation with Anagonia, be made to act.

We desire to have that station downed, as one of our ships is in the vacinity of said Xeno station. No one here will tolerate spying.

Alright, if all you want is security, and ensurance of survival, and ability to govern yourselfs without fear of invasion, why not ask the Galactic Republic for assistance instead of trying to scan us?

The Omar are a large group of heavily biomodified cyborgs. They originated in a country called Slatonia, where a group of Slatonian scientists submitted themselves to radical biomodification in an attempt to survive the harsh global conditions following the Great Collapse(The complete downfall of the world government). In the 20 years after the Collapse, the Omar spread around the globe, their heavily biomodified bodies earning hatred from the Templars(Group who wished to destroy all bio-modified individuals) and fear from others. The Omar are not individuals, rather each Omar is part of a merged collective consciousness, achieved through replacement of their frontal lobes with a wireless cortical interface. Thus, if an Omar is killed, then all Omar will know about it and will seek revenge upon the perpatrator. The Omar expanded their ranks through covert recruitment of unmodified humans. It is unclear how voluntary this "recruitment" normally was. The Omar are constantly in search of new technologies to improve their existing cybernetic modifications. Their ultimate goal was to become capable of surviving in any environment, no matter how harsh, so that they would eventually inherit the Earth through Darwinian natural selection. Like the Illuminati and Templars, the Omar were opposed to J.C. Denton's proposed "Great Advance" (which would biomodify all of humanity and make the Omar collective obsolete), however they lacked the resources to actually mount an opposition to Denton and ApostleCorp(Denton's front corporation).

To finance themselves, the Omar quickly found a niche dealing in black market biomods and weapon mods. They rapidly dominated the field, often by aggressively squeezing out their competition whenever they moved into a new area (either through assassination or assimilation). Because the Omar were hunted by the WTO(World Trade Organization) and Templars, they often used human agents as fronts and intermediaries while conducting their business. However, the Omar also sold their wares directly, normally in areas outside WTO control (such as ghettos, VIP lounges, and altogether "shady" areas). There were many Omar Traders all over the world. They were almost always accompanied by one or two Omar Protectors, combat-oriented Omar who acted as bodyguards for the Traders.

Currently, Omar biomodifications allow them to survive comfortably at a range of extreme temperatures, from sub-zero artic climates to harsh desert heat. They are also fire-proof, immune to chemical weapons, and resistant to radiation. They are essantially Neohumans. After years of collecting themselves, they formed a nation of sorts: The Omar Technosect of Candle Ice. It took even longer years, but finally they were ready to launch themselves into space in half living-half mechanical ships.
