Term Reforms and Leadership Reforms
Term Reforms
Reforms have been passed to allow for an indefinite amount of terms that a President can serve. As long as he is always elected he can serve. Inserted in these reforms is also a clause that states that the President can call on dictatorial powers with the approval of 2/3 of the Verkhovna Rada.
Leadership Reforms
The post of Prime Minister has been redused in power as only the Presidents main Minister and the Minister that can lead the Cabinet in the Presidents absence. The President has now gained all the former powers of Prime Minister.

Oleksander graduated from the Agricultural Academy of the USSR and became a mechanical engineer. All through his life Oleks had been raised to be religious and had been steeped in the Orthodox faith since his birth. SIC: After graduateing from the AAUSSR he was introduced to an underground society in Europe called The Unforgiven. He became a full fledged member after a few meetings and was soon riseing to the tops of the ranks. IC: He was also a member of the Social Democratic Initiative in Ukraine and was dedicated to the overthrow of the USSR and their corrupt Pseudo-Communist government. He praised Gorbachev as a reformer and a man for the ages. When Ukraine broke off from the USSR in 1990 he became the chairman of the Social Democratic Initiative and began running in elections. He gained fame from 1994-1998 for his service as Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada. In 2006 he was voted in with an overwhelming majority as President of Ukraine. The people of Ukraine had grown sick of the mishandled economy and social debates. He started implementing Social reforms and trying to get the economy back on its feet by froming good relations with Italy and the USA. He has now recieved the opportunity to run for President untill his death and has been given the former powers of the Prime Minister. It is hard to forsee what can become of a nation under the moralistic yet progressive policies of oleks and his government.

The CCRU has recently let it militant wing go wild resulting in three different terrorist attacks believed to have been perpetrated by the CCRU Militia. In response to this the CCRU has been voted out of the Verkhovna Rada and have had their party status revoked. The former CCRU seats have been won in elections held in the areas where the representatives where lost, by the Social Democratic Initiative giving the party a 100% majority. President Moroz has called on the Verkhovna Rada to ratify the issueing of Dictatorial powers to him in this hour. He has declared martial law across Ukraine and the military has been fully mobilized. Future elections have been suspended indefinately untill the state of emergency and martial law are recinded and the CCRU is squashed. President moroz calls on his friends in Italy and the USA to condemn these attacks and to assist in rooting out these terrorists. He has also asked that the Judao-Christian community pray for the souls of the dead and for the forgiveness of God to be bestowed upon these murderous fiends. he asks the community to also pray for Ukraine as it goes through this hard time and he asks all people to give any clues they can to the government to assist in its quest for retribution.
The Chancellor of Italy, Bontio Sifflett, was a proud Roman Catholic, a Judao Christian prayermaster, and an unknown member of The Unforgiven, and aided in its rising in Italian Politics.
The attack of the communists were something he could not stand, and he began requesting that the Vatican, just a mile or two from his home and government center, pray for the lost lives and condemn the communists, which the Vatican did proudly, disapproving of the godless rebels and also of praying for those who lost their lives.
The Chancellor responded with a simple messege:
"May those lost be given rightful passage, and may those responcible be given their justful court by the pearly gates."

While the Laos PDR believes the attacks by the CCRU were wrong, Laos also believes the taking out of the party is also wrong. The CCRU should be entitled to fair representation. If the nation of the Ukraine wishes to continue on like this, the nation of Laos will push forward a recommendation of the CCRU areas succession from the nation to the international community.
The Government of Laos
"Please, stay out of European affairs, my south east asian friend. I know your intentions of freedom is well, but in a country where two sides constantly fight, capitalist and socialist, you must let them finish, and only then may you see about freedoms, when a winning side has been founded."
-Chancellor Bonito Shifflett

The Government of Laos
The Government of Laos is not respected world wide and your 'recommendation' would go unnoticed. Not to mention the fact that many nations would agree that people who attack or condone the attacks upon the government need no representation in the government as they have given up their chance at democratically winning the country and have given up their right to be represented as the government of Ukraine. We suggest you worry about your own problems as it seems your economy is still that of a nation of inbred monkeys. When you command respect and have a say in international politics besides being the puppet of another government then we will take your comments to heart.

The nation of Laos is greatly offended by your statement. Laos is an internationally recognized nation of 7 million citizens. We are not some puppet doing another nation's dirty work.
