Notice to all powers with developing militaries:
The Honorable Republic of Vanatta is willing to allow foriegn (but friendly) military units in her armies. The time is desperate for our glorious nation as our neighbors are both hostile, and deadly. With support from friendlies (yet neutral parties.) we can assure victory. This agreement would benefit both parties because...
1. Foriegn powers have the opportunity to train their developing armies into solid, well disciplined forces on a battlefield.
2. Foriegn military officers will gain combat experience for future wars in their own country, and perhaps learn from Vanatta's superior tactics.
3. It is purely confidential, your nation will remain neutral in this war.
4. Vanatta gets to field more men and use different tactics.
5. Vanatta will assure a victory, a promising start to your armies.
6. Contributing nations will recieve $15,000 USD for every unit they lose. And 1/4 of the cost of lost heavy equipment.
Every little bit counts. Note, that your country's units will be integrated into ours, no descriminatory processess will be factored into unit selection and/or deployment. Units will be STRICTLY based on ability and nothing more.
